Nikdy nenakupujte od Alza!!!
Kúpili sme práčku LG, Umývačka riadu Samsung a všetko Nefunguje správne. Práčku vymenili, pretože nám predali práčku, ktorá sa tu na Slovensku nemala predávať.
Myslím si, že kupujú chybné spotrebiče a predávajú ich tak, že sa s tým nič nepokazí.
Ale pokazí sa to a potom vy, zákazník, zostanete s problémom.
Vezmite si peniaze niekam inam.

Som spokojný so službami. Ich produkty a ich vlastná značka AlzaPower je veľmi kvalitná a doposiaľ som nemal žiaden problém s ich produktami. Objednávam odtiaľ bežne, veľmi rýchle dodanie.

My experience with them was bad several times. Either when I made the order in store or online, the products that I ordered for home delivery were being postponed several times in a row. After a month of waiting and keep being put on hold, you get tired of it.
The website support is non-existent, pretty hard to get in touch with anyone, you just have standard answers from them, no way to connect directly with anyone. They should be more straight forward or have a check-up with the suppliers at least twice a week regarding the availability of the product. They lack a lot.

Sometimes they don’t fulfill their promises (such as the delivery date). However, I still like their service overall.

This company is what terrible customer service is all about, I have blocked my company from ever using alza again.

As I have read all these one star reviews, I feel like most of them are about late delivery. In my experience of shopping with Alza, the delivery came as promised, otherwise I was informed it cannot be delivered on time and sometimes even compensated with a coupon for my next order.
Had some reclamation issues, but once I contacted my lawyer, the problem was solved quickly (nothing out of the ordinary in the world of today).

Bought online product which supposed to collect next day. Never came. Was waiting over week. Product ok, price ok, but they lying about next day collection

Hello, I would like to share a total scam experience from the side of alza. They hand over the policy and present it under their own name as "Alza Break and Theft Insurance". Everything on that page sounds perfectly fine, everything etc... but when it comes to solving the problem, you still have to pay 10% of the amount. Please. So I paid 260€ for the insurance policy and they want another 200€ from me.

To je neuveriteľný idiotizmus: nemôžete zmeniť spôsob doručenia po prijatí objednávky. A to aj vtedy, keď sa zákazník pokúsi urobiť to okamžite. Ešte ste s produktom nič neurobili, nebolo ho začaté prepravovať, stačí vám len zmeniť údaje v databáze, no stále sa vám to nepodarí!Dnes skoro ráno som objednal prevzatie tovaru na Nivy (notebook a power banka), celý deň nebola žiadna informácia o termíne doručenia, hoci notebook bol na vašom sklade, a potom, čo som odstránil z objednávky power banku, som videl, že termín doručenia je pozajtra! Ihneď som vám zavolal, aby som zmenil spôsob doručenia na Alza box (pretože nemôžem prísť pozajtra, môžem len zajtra), ale to nie je možné, hoci ste s tým notebookom ešte nič neurobili! A váš operátor mi navrhuje zrušiť objednávku. Už som takto zrušil objednávku pred pár dňami, už ma nebavia tieto trápenia. Tak ľahko strácate zákazníkov!

I bought keyboard HyperX Alloy Origins 60 and the next day it was in the Alza box. Fast and reliable. good service as always.

I am a looong time customer and I didn't have any problems. I bought 950 euro pc everyone told me don't buy from there don't buy pre-builds ect. BUT after the pc came everyone was shocked bcs that pc was better than 1260 euro pc and even 1600 euro (probably because the pc was priced very high and now the prices droped), but what I wanted to say is that alza is good place to buy things.

Everything went ok. Support center is great.

Super dorucenie a rychle. Som velmi spokojny. Do polnoci objednqs a rano bal8k mas. Super.

Hrozné správanie.

Chladnička prišla na 4 pokus a zničená.
Pri odnášaní chladničky prepravná spoločnosť ani nevedela chladničku odniesť.

Alza.sk mi neopovedá na emaili, nemôžem sa tam dovolať a peniaze mi stále nitko nevrátil.

they steal orders
the customer orders the goods, pays, no one gives you anything and it is already equipped on your customer's account... they are fraudsters..

They don’t deliver on time and the customer service doesn’t help. It was said on the website I would be delivered 10 days ago, I still don’t have the product. The order is paid they took the money from my account but no one is able to give me a date or any useful information.
I recommend not to use

Napriek slubenemu dodaciemu terminu, sa dodaci termín sám od seba zmenil bez akéhokoľvek upozornenia. Samozrejme v aplikácii kolónky telefonátu alebo akejkoľvek komunikácie nefungujú. “Umelá inteligencia je tiež hanba, umelé tukanie do počítača je tiež vystrel po desiatich minútach na telefóne čakajúc na živú bytosť sa ma system opýtal na moju spokojnosť a zložil. Katastrofa. 0 komunikácie

alza has very competitive pricing and extremely fast delivery time like next-day delivery even tho I live 350+km from the warehouse the return experience is also very good I returned a solid state drive that stopped working after 18 months and got a full refund with no questions asked overall very happy with the experience anytime I need some electronics alza is the first place I look
