I love your style of business, but Royal Mails 48 HR service turned out nearer to 72 hours.
I use DPD quite a bit and find them quicker and very reliable.
But keep up the good work guys !

I sent off my film a month ago, and it's been 3 weeks since they confirmed receipt of the roll. The photos still have not been developed!
I have emailed and used the live chat agent, and all I've had is complete radio silence.
So far, abysmal service. I am concerned that they may have lost my roll of film.

Wonderful experience ordering with Analogue Wonderland. I just moved to the UK from the U.S. and couldn’t find a film lab or a brick-and-mortar shop that sells 120 film in my smaller area. I discovered Analogue Wonderland and placed an order. It was my first time ordering film rolls online. They had a great mix-and-match deal! I was able to purchase six 120 rolls for only £36. That would have been double the amount (maybe even triple) back home. My order of film was delivered rather quickly, which was great! So I’m glad I placed my order through their shop.

Also would like to note that the Kentmere Pan 100 - 120 Film Roll produced beautiful images; I’m excited to give the Harman Phoenix roll a try soon. :).

I don't buy film from anywhere else as a professional photographer.

I have been a loyal customer of Analogue Wonderland for many years, bought tons of film from them and had all rolls developed by them. Never had an issue with them till now. I sent 5 rolls of film to them nearly 4 weeks ago, and still not had my scans back!

I don't know if they've been sold to a new owner, or if they are just spending too much time posting on Instagram and sending spam emails, but I'll be looking elsewhere for my film and developing needs in future
