I ordered several products from this company via their website in October 2024. Never received them. I sent emails and messages on social media but they never responded. So I googled them
and it turns out they have been doing this to lots of people! I have reported their IG profile multiple times but they still keep posting.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. They went under and have no more product but are continuing to advertise and take money promising orders they will never deliver. It has been happening for almost a year now. Why they haven't been shut down yet is beyond me.

Ordered in November, it’s now January. Their instagram comments are off and their DMs are automated which do not help you at all as they only send one automated message before they stop replying. Contact emails are unclear and they do not email you back ever. They also seemed to have change their website from allowing you to log in to view the status of
your order as there is no login page anymore. Just weird and shady. I spent over $100+
here and have bought from this business multiple times before but this last order has turned me off from this brand for good. Don’t waste your money people!

No order delivered, no response by customer care. No refund. Nothing.

Ordered a month ago, have tried 5 times to reach out to customer service and haven’t heard back. Wish I could just get my money back at this point, not worth it at all.

Received order confirmation email but never got an update for shipping since. Reached out for an update and they asked me to provide my order number, which I did in the original but I sent it again. Reached out 4 more times with no response for an update on this order. Bummed because I wanted to try this product but they’re terrible to deal with.

They sucks butt big time. I haven't purchase it a long time and I had so many rewards points but gahhh they are no longer doing the rewards program. Anywho, they are terrible with customer service. And they are scammers.

Zero stars. I ordered back two months ago via PayPal luckily I disputed it because I never got the products. This place used to be good. Not sure what happened but beware! You will never get a response either

Zero stars. Order placed in November 2023. Received not even half my order after 2 months and constantly having to ask where my order was. They were saying they'd send the rest of my order "soon" but now every time I reach out they do not even respond once they realize they do actually owe me a refund and/or the products I ordered and paid for. EXPENSIVE products. These people are disgusting deplorable thieves and they deserve to be in jail for what they're doing. And they still send marketing emails every day. How is this company still legally able to take people's money? Can we all ban together and sue them? This is an absolute outrage that they keep getting away with this. I DESERVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK ANESE! And all of you at that despicable company should be in jail. Stealing is a crime and you will not get away with this.

Well, sheesh, I totally felt the same as the others with those reviews. I was very disappointed as well for months, but they seem to be up and running once again, ‘prays’! I reached out to someone today via the chat box, *Meg responded. Thank heavens! I also have been waiting for a response since April for a replacement of my ‘Cream Dream’ that came broken upon arrival. So I’m hoping I’ll finally be receiving it very soon :) I luv their products by the way!!

Never purchased but somehow I keep getting emails from them. I have unsubscribed multiple times and the emails stop for a while. Now I’m receiving emails from them again.

I purchased some beauty products for my daughter for her birthday bash it was supposed to be special she really wanted this stuff she she raved about it she was watching the commercials or whatever online and so I went on and I purchased some quite pricey items and we never received them okay and since then the bank that I was banking with closed down so they took my money and I still get my money back because they closed down and then they anese.co said that they have to give me the money back to that bank when there's no bank account open anymore so I'm screwed right

Zero stars! I used to love this company but they have turned into a SCAM! My most recent purchase for 2 large That Booty Tho scrubs never came and its been 3 months. They refuse to email me back about my order but spam my inbox with "promotional" bs.... i will never order from them again and will make sure to spread the word so no one makes the mistake of ordering from Anese. *middle finger* SCAMMER/THIEF COMPANY!

I have been waiting for my order to be fulfilled since June 2024 and it is now October 2024. Outreach to Anese via email, their website, and Instagram go unanswered or I get automated AI responses that don't even address me correctly.

It would be great if I could give them negative five billion stars. I haven't ordered from this company since 2021 and am suddenly getting multiple fraudulent charges to my card from Anese. They do not reply to emails and they don't list a customer service number. I have now cancelled my card twice because of them, it's a mess. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Product isn't worth it anyway.

Can I give them zero stars? I cancelled my subscription in June 2023. Then out of nowhere in September 2024 I get a charge to my credit card and a confirmation that I’d signed up for a new subscription. They don’t have a phone number on their website, and their chat option is fake. They have an email you can reach out to, but you won’t get any response. They’ve now since charged me 4 times total and I wouldn’t be surprised if I get 1 charge per day at this point since the last 3 charges have been back to back. This company is a dumpster fire. Do not under any circumstances give them your card information or the will steal from you.

I cancelled my subscription in june of 2023. Why am I suddenly getting charged in October of 2024 for a subscription that was cancelled??? Literally what is going on?? I’ve been emailing costumer service for days and absolutely no response whatsoever! I’m so sick of this. I already have enough bills and responsibilities, I certainly don’t need this unnecessary billing hassle!! FIX THIS!

This is a fraud company. They enabled some fake subscriptions for me, which I didn't do, and charged my card twice in a month. There is no phone number provided to reach out to them. just one help email, and despite emailing them, they charged my credit card. I finally have to call the bank and cancel my card.

Randomly charging me after 2 years....calling it a subscription but the charges were 10 days apart and I definitely did not place any orders!

Non-existent customer service, mediocre products, subscription will reactivate sooner or later automatically and you will be charged. My bank disputed after sending in screenshots of cancelling and unsuccessful attempts with the so called customer service. TERRIBLE company, stay away, no matter how great those pics and reviews look on their website.
