Scam terrible company that will steal from you! No refunds even of package was returned to sender. Terrible shady reviews on BBB. Never buy from them - it's a huge SCAM!!! I was in the hospital and my package was returned to sender and never picked up, they kept my money and won't even send the products again so they have stolen close to $200 from me.
Update: The response is not accurate! There were not multiple shipments made. They tried to send it once and I never received it, since it was sent back to them.
Awful customer service - I received NOTHING for the money I paid, and no refund. They fully stole from me and kept the product.
I reached out to the team multiple times and my emails were ignored, nothing was done. I don’t just write bad reviews unless it’s truly warranted.

I would love to write a review but I have not received my product to review... when I asked for them to cancel my order because it hadn't shipped they rushed to put a shipping label on it to say it "shipped" but alas 8 days later since it "shipped" and nothing. I asked for them to cancel my order and asked for a refund again and was told no since it "shipped". I will never buy from them again since they acted so shady. Can get something just as good from Amazon (which I did) and Amazon actuality has a customer service number!

I've been using anese products for almost a year now. First starred with the booty scrub and "down with the thickness" mask, then decided to try the boob scrub and mask.

For the most part I do like their products. They've improved my skin texture and made it noticeably softer. After using I can't stop touching my own legs and butt! I wish it did more for cellulite though. I have tried their mask "internet famous" for it but I haven't noticed much of a difference on that front.

Overall I'll keep using it to moisturize my skin, but I'm going to keep looking for something stronger on cellulite.

Conosco questo brand da quando vendeva solo negli USA, mi son decisa ad acquistare da loro all'apertura dell'EU store per evitare di pagare tasse extra doganali e per godere di una spedizione veloce, ma.. Ho ordinato la Cream Dream circa due settimane fa e hanno preparato la mia spedizione (attenzione, l'ordine a quanto pare non è ancora stato spedito, ma sta "in preparazione" e già ho ricevuto il tracking, quindi speriamo bene) solo dopo aver ricevuto un mio reclamo tramite PayPal in cui chiedevo il rimborso perché dopo aver contattato una volta il Servizio Clienti mi è stato detto che avevano problemi di rifornimento, quando sul sito la crema, a differenza di altri prodotti, era disponibile al momento dell'acquisto.

In poche parole: pessima esperienza, servizio di spedizione poco efficiente e sito poco affidabile e leggendo altre recensioni ho scoperto di non essere l'unica ad aver avuto una brutta esperienza con loro.. Mi dispiace, perché il brand mi piaceva molto.

Aggiornerò la recensione quando arriverà il pacco (se arriverà) e dopo aver provato la crema.

Il pacco è arrivato, dopo settimane, con tanto di €13 di tasse doganali da pagare, nonostante avessi acquistato dal sito ue. Non comprerò mai più da loro. Pessimi.

If you're reading mixed reviews and are unsure whether to use Anese, I would suggest learning from my mistake and trying somewhere else. Over a month now with no product and limited response to my emails. This is without a doubt the worst experience I've had with an online seller and I've no idea if I'll get my money back, or the product.

Worst experience ever. I did order in November 2021, I didn't receive the packet and the customer service doesn't reply to my emails. I wasted my money and my time.

I wish I would have come here and read the reviews first.

I ordered over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received my order, but at least I have a tracking number showing it was shipped.

I contacted their support after waiting a full week for my order to ship. They said they would check in with their fulfillment folks and get back to me. The next day I received an email with a tracking number. But then it took a solid 4-5 days for UPS to receive the product from Anese.

I now show a delivery date from UPS that puts my product arrival around 3-4 weeks from my order date.

The worst part about all this is that their support completely glosses over the fact that my order is so late. Like didn't even respond to my compliant.

Communication is key in customer service. If you set the expectation with clients that things are running behind, you are having stock issues, staff issues, whatever... people would understand... but instead I feel totally unheard and gas lit.

I don't understand how a company operates this way.

I am looking forward to getting my products, but they are going to have to be world changing to deal with this BS again.

Ordered on 5th August x 2 booty glaze - still not received it nor any updates. Had to contact Anese after 2 weeks for an update and they said they had stock/supplier issues. Chased again one week on no response - very annoyed spent just under £60 and am now going abroad so can’t even take the product with me.

Still awaiting part of my order. I have contacted a few times to ask about this as I was emailed that it has been dispatched however was then told by Anese help that there was a stock issue! No other information to when I should expect to receive this in the future. Customer service is poor!

Shipping time was average for my order, but I would have liked a better tracking system to know when to expect it. The containers are on the small side for the price but I did see they came out with bigger sizes of "That Booty Tho" which was the favorite of my whole order.

On the 2nd of February I ordered a product. It is April now and I have still NOT received it. I have sent many emails to Anese and had NOTHING in return. They have ignored my emails about wanting my order. Don’t let them take your money too.
