Yeap if u are reading this u are looking at the correct courier. Don't look further. I contacted 3-4 different couriers the best response I got from them was to just hang up on me. Till I found Fatih, who provided help immediately and guide me through the steps we need to do in order to get my lost backpack back . I had it back in a week I think which saved me from a big flight back to Instabul cause I had important documents there.

They picked up my jackets the same day, packed them in a box and send via post.
I received the package two days from pick up.
