I had some items left in Instanbul…
I had some items left in Instanbul airport despite numerous phone calls to Pegasus airlines and Istanbul airport ( I got absolutely no help from either of them or even a promised phone call back) I eventually came across lost and found shipping service and got in contact with Fatih. From the first phone call the efficiency and professionalism I got was absolutely excellent. Everything was sorted with in a few days. I now have my items at home delivered to my door in excellent condition I would highly recommend this company to any one and wish them continued success in there business

Absolutely superb service
Absolutely superb service! Excellent polite and humble…I left my iPad in Istanbul Airport and after many calls to many companies who would not help I got hold of Fatih.
He resolved and the iPad was back with me in the UK within 14 days and I was only asked to pay after it arrived!
Recommend highly!

Ik was mijn laptop vergeten in Antalya en bevond mij op het moment dat ik het besefte in Fetiye Ik heb contact gehad met Fatih hij heeft mij vertrouwen gewonnen door zijn identiteitskaart te delen en heeft mijn laptop opgehaald en naar mij toelaten bezorgen voor een schappelijke prijs.
Dit is allemaal binnen twee dagen geregeld

one of my best customer service experiences ever. antalyalostandfound made what was a stressful process about as easy as it could possibly be. they made sure i communicated exactly the right information to the lost and found office, they moved the process along super quickly, and they monitored progress of my item every step of the way. and the price was exceedingly fair. less than a week after losing my item, i had it on my doorstep back home in the US. i could not recommend their services more highly.

Fast and reliable service for Irish Families lost switch
Fatih helped us communicate with lost and found at anatalya airport. He helped us follow the appropriate steps to retrieve our sons new nintendo switch and games. Instructions were clear and we were delighted withe return of our item without having to go to the airport ourselves

I can attest that you can 💯 trust this company as I lost my keys at the airport in Antalya and Faith took care of everything, not only did he go look for the keys but he also found the best way for me to receive them in zurich Switzerland.
