From the original reservation to closing on the purchase, Gyllian and June couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Ian Snr met me for meet the builder and answered any questions I had about the property and then Dave dealt with any snagging issues I had which were very few, in a very efficient and friendly way. I have been very pleased with all staff that I’ve met and extremely happy with my gorgeous new home and the build quality.

Today one of the customer service comes and he takes care of the issue and I hope to see him soon to finish the job big thanks to Mr Josh hough for his service today

Richard and Paul were excellent! And really accommodating when working round us as we have two small children, work carried out is brilliant.

As a first time buyer, Anwyl Homes are great to deal with and really helped with the process which can be very overwhelming. Gyllian at Lottie Gardens is so friendly and has helped with every stage and made me always feel welcome when calling in to the office to ask questions. She kept me informed at every stage and as we were the first to move into the development, made us feel very special! The moving in gift was a lovely gesture. The site team are also very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our Ellen Home .

Chris completed the work to a very standard and left the work space clean and tidy once finished, very happy with the work completed.

Big thank you to Stacey as well who is always very happy to help and was able to get this booked in for us quickly!

Anwyl have been superb in our house handover and handling.

I just wanted to say how professional Paul is he attended our property today 11/9/26 and his work ethic and attention to detail is outstanding he always arrives on time and is very clean when he is carrying out all his work he is an asset to Anwyl’s maintenance team and we always request if Paul is available for any outstanding work that needs to be completed.

This is regrettable the worse builders in the UK. Their homes are a disaster. Imagine going up the loft to notice that there are large patches in the loft without insulation. So unfortunate that I saw this after the 2 year warranty period.

There have been potholes on the road and bumps around the manholes for over 2 years. You can only imagine how many tire changes and repairs residents must have done on their cars. You can’t even go through the bends on the roads without the fear of scratching your car. To add insult to injury, these guys recently put white giveaway pains on the road with potholes and irregular bumps. This tells you that they don’t have intentions of at least giving the residents a nice looking road.

The playground is an apology. It’s incomplete and barricaded. You can imagine the frustration on people who have kids.

These guys just after the money and then move to another project only to leave it halfway through.

Great experience buying with Anwyl homes on the Eagles Green development in Warrington. The house has been built with care, and Ian the site manager has been fantastic and deal with. He has promptly responded to any question and communicated great on any small snags and arranged for them to be sorted and kept us updated every step of the way, even popping over to check if we are happy with everything
