Recently moved into my new home on the Five Oaks development Shrewsbury. From start to finish the whole process has been absolutely fantastic.

The care and level of professionalism shown by all the Anwyl people has been nothing short of brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the very few snags o had when taking over were dealt with quickly and when was convenient for me.

I must say a big thank you to both Kieran and Jacob for all their hard work and for all the support they have provided going over and above.

Very happy indeed with the whole Anwyl experience.

Paul, Chris and Tony the Anwyl technicians visited to rectify a cracking floor in my home. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of the property. My wife and I had a meeting with a health visitor for our newborn baby and all the technicians were considerate about reducing work noise during this time. The quality of the work is fantastic and the problem is solved. Couldn't be happier. Thank you to all three technicians, great work lads.

We’ve been waiting for several years for the parks to be opened, bins to be installed, and the road works at The Oaks in Ellesmere Port to be completed.

Over the years, we’ve been given several different timelines, but unfortunately we’re still waiting. Could you please provide an update and let us know the current timeline for these works?

We are really pleased with our beautiful home, the house has been built really well and was handed over in great condition.

As with any new build there were snags but Ian has been excellent through out managing the resolution of the list and really worked hard to ensure we were up to date through out the process and kept a personal touch point which was very welcome.

The process of buying with Anwyl has been a very good experience - wonderful team.

Chris did an excellent job re plastering the downstairs cloakroom ensuring a seamless repair

Excellent care from the site team after we moved in. Made sure all of our issues were dealt with swiftly. Always very professional and friendly.

Request Lee to come back and sort out the creaking floor issue as well.

Lee came out to fix a couple of our door handles after raising a snag with Anwyl. It was arranged fairly fast and he arrived on time, was respectful and very friendly. We can only recommend him to get the snags fixed.

Josh Hough is an extremely helpful and competent customer service technician who rectified my faulty front door straight away, despite multiple previous visits by other employees. I wish all Anwyl employees were as helpful as Josh!

Chris Appleton came to tidy the bathroom ceiling.He was a really nice friendly guy ,very professional,did an excellent job.

Paul Higham has done an excellent job on his two visits to our property. He explained how he would rectify the identified snags and how long each part of the process to repair would take. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of his workmanship has been outstanding.

Tony Murray did a great job repairing our ceiling. Made every effort to leave a quality finish and was very friendly too! Thanks Tony

I appreciate Richard Nelson approach to work. Unlike some technicians, he make sure to follow up with uncompleted work the next day and get the work done satisfactorily. Keep it up!
