Great experience buying with Anwyl homes on the Eagles Green development in Warrington. The house has been built with care, and Ian the site manager has been fantastic and deal with. He has promptly responded to any question and communicated great on any small snags and arranged for them to be sorted and kept us updated every step of the way, even popping over to check if we are happy with everything

Sarah and Luanna at Anwyl Whittle Brook Park have been absolutely outstanding. From the very first interaction, they demonstrated genuine warmth, deep knowledge, and a level of professionalism that immediately put us at ease. Every question was answered clearly, every concern handled with patience, and every step of the process explained thoroughly.

Was having an issue for a while with the Dishwasher at my Anwyl home which Tony Murray sorted efficiently in a couple of hours. He has a good eye for detail and shared practical recommendations to sort the issue.

Over a year in our new house in Winnington and the snagging process has been relatively easy and smooth. Just had the friendly Tony in to help rectify a few things in our Utility room - he went above and beyond and ensured a professional finish.

Technicians Paul and Chris attended to our creaking stairs and main bedroom floor. They both did an excellent job. Hope it lasts this time.They arrived at the time arranged, got on with the job and tidied up after themselves. A good job done.

Paul (customer care technician) came to our house to resolve a couple issues. He was very helpful and fixed our doors and plinth to high standards. I appreciate his help.

Very jolly and nothing was too much for him

5 star rating for Chris Appleton (Customer Service Technican) and the work he did today on our en suite bathroom. Friendly, professional and efficient. Worked to a high standard and has left the en suite looking better than the day we got the keys. Thanks Chris.

Lee Ashworth has done a great job with a few repairs we needed doing this morning, including repainting and varnishing our banister which now looks lots better than before. Lee even went out of his way to fix the hinge and lock of our front door after he noticed that it wasn’t fixed properly. Thank you :)

Tony Murray did a great job on my floor

Reported a couple of snags recently and the service from customer care has been excellent. Snag reported, appointment booked quickly. Huge thanks to customer service technician Paul, who was bang on time and sorted our issue out in a lovely, friendly and professional manner.

I bought a house from Anwyl as a first time buyer. I am happy with their service and have no complaints.

The sales team made the buying process straightforward and kept me informed throughout.

With regard to the house itself, I am no expert but it seems to be of quality construction. As with all new builds, there were some snags, but these were all minor and were quicky resolved by their site team.

Had an issue with the seal around my bath coming away. Anwyl sent Paul who was a proper professional. He was very polite and courteous, explained the cause and what he was going to do to fix and was in and out with no mess in a few hours.

We visited the eagles green in Warrington , as we were thinking of relocating . On arrival at the show homes we were turned away and advised she had locked up at 3pm and did we want to book ? , no thank you we had travelled with two young kids and didn’t expect to have to book to look around . So no thank you anwyl homes we will look elsewhere 😡

Richard Nelson attended our place to fix an issue with the integrated fridge freezer. As always he was professional happy and did a superb job. He is superb and takes tine to explain and do a good job.

Tony was great informative and gave me great advice on my kitchen cabinets while fixing the issue.

Recently moved into my new home on the Five Oaks development Shrewsbury. From start to finish the whole process has been absolutely fantastic.

The care and level of professionalism shown by all the Anwyl people has been nothing short of brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the very few snags o had when taking over were dealt with quickly and when was convenient for me.

I must say a big thank you to both Kieran and Jacob for all their hard work and for all the support they have provided going over and above.

Very happy indeed with the whole Anwyl experience.
