Manuals need updating
Manual that came with the item, gives a spare parts order hotline telephone number. When you ring this number you are told we do not do spare parts and they direct you to a website.
Why do you not just put the spare parts website address in your manuals?

The parts ordered were exactly what we wanted, but we had to chase it up as it was taking too long to come after that it arrived promptly. Hence only 3 stars.

Unfortunately, delays can sometimes happen with the couriers which is beyond our control. Simple replacement for my oven.
I ws delighted it was the right item after previously receiving the wrong one from another company.
Quick service was a bonus my only negative is there was no image when ordering so I was relying on your advice that it was the correct item. Thankfully it was.

Taylor was actually very good for actually drilling down to eventually find the correct part number for the correct model number (it was very nuanced) and sent me countless emails keeping me up to date.
Refunded very quickly once items had been returned.
Could do better (company in general):
1)
Pass cases off to other people when people go on holiday.
2) Refund postage when not customer's fault.
3) Provide option to use a reliable delivery service rather than the shower that is DPD (they are unable to deliver when/where they say and they never give truthful answers)
4) Visually check outgoing orders to make sure they bear some relation to what is ordered. (One of my items was nothing like what I ordered and I had to pay to return it)

i had to wait two month for filters to be in stock, then over a week to be delivered. All this time i had a new cooker hood fitted but could not use it

carbon filters were not included and they do not have any in stock so I cannot use the extractor fan at the moment. Been waiting for 3 weeks to date.
