We’re sorry to hear the product was not as expected. To clarify, our filters use a carbon mesh design rather than loose carbon fragments. They perform the same odour-filtering function as traditional carbon filters, while allowing greater airflow, which helps improve the overall performance of the appliance.

Good company to trade with

Very impressed with the level of customer sevice
Very impressed with the level of service overall from Apelson. When my chainsaw developed an issue the process of getting it sorted for repair was very easy and fast. Excellent communication throughout. The Garden Power Team at Apelson could not have been more helpful in resolving my issue I was having with the supplier. Due to their continued helpfulness it all got sorted. Highly recommended company. Thanks again.
