Apex Grange Opiniones 

I purchased some Mapegum liquid tanking membrane from Apex Grange. The first delivery failed and I was told it was damaged in transit by the courier. Then exactly the same thing happened with the second delivery. When I called Apex Grange and explained that I was now in urgent need of the product else it would delay my bathroom project they had one of their own delivery drives specially deliver the product to me. Thanks for the great service.

Deliver when you said and put the package where I asked you to

Order and delivery was absolutely fine, however tile cutter i ordered did not arrive with the fold out support arm that the pictures implied it did, i emailed and inquired if this was a mistake and had no response after couple weeks, eventually i phoned up and was told it doesn't come with the size cutter i purchased, i queried the fact that it was pretty much false advertisement as its pictured with it and the description doesn't state it doesn't come with it, a simple sorry would have done but instead the lady said she would look into it and get back to me, 1 week later and predictably she hasn't. i wont bother using them again

Only done one order, it was straight forward,good price and quick delivery which is all you want.

Ordered, came quickly, all good. Only complaint is the amount of bubble wrap in the package protecting what was not fragile contents - so much plastic heading straight for landfill. Try to use paper/card filling in future if you need to.

I ordered 5 items on 15 July 2022, 7 days later the order had still not6 been delivered. There has, to date been no response to my email requesting a delivery update. Not a good customer experience.

Product returned and signed for over a week ago and we still haven't had our refund yet.
