Issue resolved
Issue resolved, and I can now change my review to 5 stars after the company was very helpful and sorted out what had happened after the courier left the delivery with a neighbour without leaving a note or updating the delivery tracking details...wouldn't hesitate to use this company again 👍

We're really sorry we had to cancel and refund your order because the remaining two bags we had of the product were unfortunately damaged, which meant we were unable to dispatch them. We are awaiting new stock of the product, but currently don't have an estimated due date for it to arrive, so felt cancelling and refunding was the best available option. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your frustration. We did try and contact you using the contact details provided on your order to let you know of the situation at the beginning of last week. Great company
My order was dispatched and arrived quickly but unfortunately had been damaged by the courier. Got a quick email response to say they would dispatch a replacement immediatley and it arrived the next morning. You can never tell how good a company really is until something goes wrong, and can't fault them. Great service.

Disappointed this time.
The delivery was fast but one bag of grout had a massive hole and nearly half of the bag was scattered in the box.
