Great service.
One of only two companies that I could find in the uk that sold the SquEasy wash boy and Apex were the cheapest by £10. It turned up quicker than expected. Not used it yet though, I hope it’s as good as advertised!

Could not be better
One of the best companies I have used on-line. Top marks for sales, invoicing, competitive pricing, long-dated product, superb packaging, fast delivery. Even their customised parcel tape is the strongest and the stickiest!

Really good service
Really good service, the only thing I'd say that could be improved upon is that it's not immediately clear when you can pick orders up from store, as there's no message to say the order is ready. However, I've turned up unnannounced for my last two orders and it's been ready on both occasions.

We dispatched your order (placed on the 19th of May) the next working day (Wednesday 20th May). It should have been with you within 5 working days (as per our standard delivery service).
Our courier attempted delivery of your items within this timeframe, however there was nobody to recieve the goods so the items were taken back to their warehouse. Unfortunately, they did not communicate this with us and no redelivery was arranged prior to you raising this as an issue with us. We promptly followed this issue up and had your order arranged for delivery on the next working day (Monday 1st June). We appreciate that the delivery times didn't meet our usual standards, so as a goodwill gesture we have credited your account with the cost of shipping for your order.
We hope that you would consider using us again in the future and once again apologise for the delay in your delivery,
