There were issues with the courier, but Apex Grange worked hard to fix these and I got an extra delivery at the weekend to make up the missing package. I would definitely order from them again - gre... Ver más

Great service! Ordered easily online and was delivered to the door with no issues within a day or two. 👍

Epoxy grout

Ordered some epoxy grout didn't arrive so I phoned up was told it was sent to the wrong address. And would arrive the next day. However it didn't the courier delivered it twice to the incorrect address. After speaking to appex Grange a few times in the phone I was sent out another eltub of grout which arrived the next day with a free tape measure for the hassle.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it. Your order was dispatched the next working day and should have been with you within 5 working days. However, the postcode you provided on your order did not match up to the rest of the address you had entered, so the parcel ended up at the wrong address.

Following this, we dispatched the item again on our express delivery service on the day that you phoned us to provide the correct postcode. This is usually a next working day service, but it can sometimes take up to two working days. We trust that you did recieve your grout, having had no further correspondance from yourself.

Please would you consider amending your review based on the fact we did everything possible to get your items delivered to you, despite you initially providing us with the wrong delivery information? Once again, we do appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and hope you are satisfied with our attempts to resolve this for you.

Well the price was putting me off..but…

Well the price was putting me off..but I went ahead and brought one .. What a great piece of kit.
No more pushing you sponge over rollers ..
The sponge that came with the wash boy was very poor and cheap . I've emailed them to complain and hopefully there send me another one which is better quality, after all £104.00 for a wash boy is not cheap ..
Sponge 0 /10 wash boy 10/10 ..

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad you're as impressed with the SquEasy wash system as everybody else is. We are the only UK supplier that gives away a free sponge with this washboy, as they don't come supplied with one normally. We are also the cheapest UK supplier of the SquEasy wash system, so we feel you do get value for money for such a useful piece of kit. We are disapointed to hear that the quality of the sponge isn't up to scratch and have promtly discontinued this product and will not be restocking it. We do have other sponges available should you wish to purchase an alternative one, if so just call us on 01707 338 800 and speak to one of our team. Despite the disapointment with the free sponge, we hope you continue to enjoy using your SquEasy.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had an issue with the delivery company (which are no longer being used) but this was very quickly rectified by Apex Grange.

Excellent service and very helpful staff, next day delivery as promised. Quality product as usual.
I will certainly purchase from them again.
