Kept changing delivery slot, anyway, wasn’t at home to take delivery because they changed slot so many times then charged £40 to redilver so I cancelled the order. I will never use this company again

Late delivery guy very friendly…
We were given a time for delivery and it was well over hour and half later,they did text me but that's not the point we had to Waite round longer as we were going out so had to put that on hold till we got our delivery.Guy rang me when he was outside!!!I had to tell him where to park.The box was damaged when freezer arrived,but we found that it was well packed and could see no damage to it,we haven't plugged it in yet to see if it works not been to well we have had to put that bit off.Once we have checked it all over and plugged it in and all is well,I can then register it for our guarantee.

We’re sorry the delivery was later than expected. Unfortunately, there was heavy traffic on the day, which caused delays that were beyond our control. We did keep you updated by text regarding the delay.
All of our appliances are packed by the manufacturer, so the packaging condition is outside of our control once the appliance leaves the manufacturer. We’re pleased to hear that, despite the damaged box, the freezer appeared to be well protected and you could see no obvious damage to the appliance itself.

AWO service has been excellent
My dishwasher (Order No AW197148977) arrived on time. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He installed and tested the washer and removed all the packaging as he left.
After the test cycle ended, I had reason to email customer support at Appliance World Online. They (Matt) responded very quickly with an answer to my concern.
All in all my dealing with AWO from order, delivery and after sales service has been excellent. Thank you.

A quick phone call and sorted.
I looked at a number of different freezers suitable for a working life in a garage. The Teknix upright was the right size, and operates at minus 15 and has the integrated winter guard facility. The price was significantly lower than the competition and it comes with a two year guarantee making it the obvious choice.
A quick phone call and a friendly helpful reply. The agent talked me through the buying sequence whilst I typed out the detail. CATASTROPHE! The system had no facility to complete the purchase but the agent stuck with me and got permission to accept my card details over the phone. The freezer arrived three days later on Saturday morning bang on the time they said it would arrive. What more can you ask for.
