We placed an order for three appliance items and were given an official delivery date of September 12th. Nobody ever showed up.
When we called to find out what happened, we were told the delivery was missed because one item was sold out and awaiting confirmation. Instead of contacting us to explain the delay or adjust the plan, they simply didn't show up. It turned out they were planning to deliver two items and leave the third pending—information they never bothered to send us. We had to do all the chasing ourselves.
To make matters worse, when we called, the representative (Steve) was extremely rude and displayed zero empathy. Rather than trying to help or resolve the issue, he just kept bickering about what was on his computer screen and arguing about the order. We had clear screenshots documenting every single step of our process, but he refused to listen.
Save yourself the hassle. The lack of communication, missed delivery dates, and poor customer service are completely unacceptable.

Good afternoon. We do apologise for the frustration caused and for any confusion regarding the delivery of your order. I can see that two of the three appliances were in stock and were delivered to you. The third appliance was awaiting stock from the manufacturer. At the time of placing the order, the website clearly advised that the order contained an item that was out of stock and would need to be ordered from the supplier. You were required to tick a box acknowledging this before proceeding with the order, which was selected when the order was placed. As not all items were in stock, a delivery date could not be selected for the complete order. Our usual process is to contact the customer once all items are available to arrange delivery. I can see that you contacted us before this, and we agreed to split the order so that the two items we had in stock could be delivered to you rather than waiting for the third appliance. The third item remained on order with the manufacturer, and we were awaiting an availability update. We subsequently chased the supplier for an update and received notification that the third appliance was due in. However, I can see that you had advised us that you had already purchased the appliance elsewhere in the meantime and to cancel the order and to arrange a refund. We are sorry that you have been disappointed with the experience and appreciate that the situation has been frustrating. We always aim to keep customers updated as much as possible, particularly when an item is awaiting stock from a manufacturer, and we are sorry that on this occasion you feel the communication was not as clear as it should have been.

The product looks great
The product looks great. When I ordered I was given the option of delivery or delivery and installation. I chose the former. I obviously didn't catch the point that delivery literally meant kerb side. The fact that the order process asked how many steps were involved getting into the building meant it would be brought inside for me to unpack and install.
Unfortunately, it would appear I was wrong. The delivery men literally placed the 100kg box on the edge of my drive and left!
Luckily for me I had other workmen on site with a small trolley who managed to get the item off the street and into my garage. If the delivery guys had wheeled the appliance a further 5metres up the drive they would have rolled it into the garage and I wouldn't have been left high and dry.

At checkout, our kerbside delivery terms are clearly displayed, and a tick box must be selected to confirm that these terms have been read and understood.
We have also reviewed the delivery photographs, which show the appliance was delivered safely onto your driveway. Unfortunately, our drivers cannot move large appliances beyond the kerbside delivery point or into a garage.
We appreciate this may not have been what you expected, but the delivery service provided was the service selected and agreed to at checkout.

If you get an item on finance as you can’t afford to pay all out at once read the small print cause if u don’t want the item and have to send it back then u will have to pay a big amount to get the item collected . I found the customer service quite rude also . They are great when selling but not when returning hope this helps .

We have acted entirely in accordance with our returns policy, which is clearly stated on our website. We offered you the option to return the unused appliance to us at your own expense, or alternatively, we could arrange collection for the standard £75 return fee.
You chose for us to arrange the collection, and a secure payment link was provided accordingly. There has been no additional or hidden charge; the return collection fee is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions.
We appreciate that paying a return collection fee may be disappointing, but this is not a charge that has been introduced retrospectively or specifically for your order. It is our published returns policy and applies to customers who choose to have us collect an unwanted appliance.
Having reviewed the correspondence, we also cannot agree with the suggestion that our customer service team was rude or unhelpful. We have provided the available options and continued to assist you in arranging the return.
We are always happy to help our customers, but we also have to apply our published returns policy consistently.

Needs more people on the job
The delivery driver was lovely but you need to have more than one person delivering because he really struggled by himself due to the size and steepness of my drive & kitchen size. I had to call someone to come and help us. Also, I don’t think you should give them the amount of deliveries because he was 2 hours late which meant it was late at night when it got delivered and was disturbing the neighbours. I lost almost all my fridge & freezer contents because I had to have it ready to be collected 4 hours before it actually ended up getting delivered. As I said the driver himself couldn’t have been more helpful but he definitely needed another driver and less stops.
