Appliance World were great
Appliance World were great, the delivery was so quick and the price was cheaper than the other leading retailers that I looked at as was the delivery charge. Messages kept me updated on the delivery time and the delivery driver arrived at the exact time. He was very polite and helpful. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Buying the appliance was easy BUT....
Buying the appliance was easy.
The appliance looks good and does what it says on the box.
However, the delivery person looked like he was on his first day withouthaving had any training for the job. He did not seem to know how to move the fridge-freezer carefully and his spatial awareness seemed very poor. The whole experience was a nightmare.

Delivery was prompt and communication exceptional; the delivery was made with time updates and the arrival was within minutes of the stated time. However, the product description clearly stated that this was a display model and specifically advised that it may have marks or scratches as a result of having been on display.
The appliance was therefore sold with this condition disclosed prior to purchase. We’re sorry if this was not what you expected, but the condition of the appliance was clearly outlined in the product listing at the time of purchase.

From start to finish everything was great,from ordering my appliances which were considerably cheaper than any high street store I’d looked at, to delivery I was updated about the time my order was going to arrive and the guys that installed my appliances were amazing.
