Just had a Calma spa installed this morning. Two installers were great. Got here for 8am after a 4 hrs drive. Completed the installation in a mere 90mins. Hop tub now filling for the grandkids to use ut tomorrow
Excellent delivery service
There are many features to love about this spa; Bluetooth, the colour, the positions, the sheer frame of the jets and bubbles. In fact just one function not yet active and that's the drain which appears to be stuck... maybe through pressure of water ? But its in hand and a technician is due soon, so the after sales service appears to be genuine too. Its simple enough to programme and operate but importantly within my budget. But when I say within my budget, there are many higher priced choices with far more jets, bigger, deeper etc... but as my first experience it meets my expectations. The installation company 'Generation Spa' excelled !
Lovely hot tub Cypress 6 seater 13amp, very powerful through air jets. Has a luxury feel about it.

We spent about a year looking for a hot tub we truly liked that was also within our price range. The team at Hanson Hot Springs Spas was incredibly friendly and stayed in touch throughout that year, checking in with us periodically without ever making us feel pressured.
We finally pulled the trigger during their Labor Day sale, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase! From the initial purchase to delivery, setup, and VIP training, everything went smoothly and exactly as planned.

I recently upgraded from a top end inflatable spa to the AquaSolus Brook hot tub. The decision to purchase this model followed some on line research and dry testing of tubs in the showroom.
The AquaSolus Brook provides me with the capacity i need and additional to accommodate my grandchildren. We all love the ambience the speakers and lighting provide. My local hot tub showroom arranged delivery and installation. I have found it easy to operate and maintain. Overall a great customer experience and complete satisfaction with my hot tub.

Fantastic product, great quality, attentiaon to detail and easy to use. The Eden is our first hot tub, but should have got one sooner. Great advice and service from the dealer (Bestbuys) who clearly have a great relationship with AquaSolus - this is so important.

Hot tub is nice. Delivery was 4 weeks late. Installation was good.
Tub did not come with the controls that we were told it would have.
We are waiting on a store response before any further decisions.

PLEASE help me!!!!!!!!!
I keep being promised someone will come out to my home where my EDEN hot tub is to school me on operating the control pad and give me hands on help with properly using the water treatments and chemicals.
Plus after only having the hot tub since May 20/26 and only using it twice, the water is extremely cloudy/milky and disgusting to use. I did get some phone assistance but I’m not happy with that.
The last tub I bought was a Bullfrog and they sent a tech rep out to show me how to properly use the tub operating system and chemical treatments.
Every time I’ve asked Neva Riazi my salesperson to speak to a manager it’s as if I was asking to have a word with Jesus Christ, just pathetic.
I’ve been a very successful General Contractor/ House Builder for nearly 60 years. If I treated my customers like the way I’ve been treated, regarding after sales service I would not even be in business.
It’s absolutely disgraceful.

Awesome tub! So far we are really enjoying the tub. Some of the mechanics of using the tub are a bit challenging. The lights on the outside are very bright and we have not been able to turn them down. The instructions on using the control panel are limited and are by trial and error. The actual tub itself is exactly what we were hoping for. Absolutely love it!

Absolutely thrilled with the purchase of our new Eden. So glad we stretched our budget and is now returning our investment!
The quality of build is very good and finishing touches like the ambient lighting is a nice touch.
Switching the jets on to isolate a section is also welcome with power adjustment of the pressure.
We have since had an ASHP recommended by Aquasolus and the whole system just works harmoniously.
Prior to the heat pump, I was interested in the running cost and running from the end of January when it was installed we hardly noticed the power consumption to the point I thought the meter must have been faulty!
Just wish I had one sooner.
