Stephen provided support in both acquiring an EcoWater Systems Boost 300 water softener and then technical support when commissioning the softener. He was absolutely superb and I have no hesitation in giving him five stars.

My 25 year old EcoWater softener needed replacing due to it developing a near continuous leak a month or so earlier and I needed quite a bit of new plumbing installed at the same time including a new bypass set.

I wanted an EcoWater even though they are no longer trading in the UK, because the old softener had been excellent and performed as expected throughout its long lifespan. A variety of models were still available from various suppliers and I had been looking for a couple of years as the old softener was starting to wear out, but not at the leaking stage. I was therefore already aware of what sort of prices they were being sold at. Stephen was able to give a very competitive price, which added to his technical input and support guaranteed he got the sale.

Stephen ensured I was getting the right model to meet the water demands of our house.

As I live in Reading and all the suppliers were nowhere near, it was going to be a diy install.

Stephen talked me through the parts being supplied and the important things to be aware of during the install prior to me starting the external plumbing.

Stephen utilised WhatsApp and standard telephone calls to make sure all went well.

The final stage was the commissioning off the system which is a lot more than just switching it on. Stephen talked me through step by step to ensure a safe start up and what will hopefully be a long lifespan of the Boost 300.

Stephen was professional. Arrived early on the appointment and has done the job with perfection. There was an issue with the unit he brought and he went back and brought a new unit. Very pleased with the work. Would definitely recommend.

Stephen offered expert advice on choosing a water softener suitable for my family without sales talks. On installation day, Stephen and his team laid the piping configuration so well behind the skirting board that avoids any damage to my new kitchen unit. They did not mind the hard work of drilling holes so close to the floor. Much appreciate the work ethic of the team. I will engage them in my second house. I am glad that I chose Aquastream. The installer was pleasant, efficient and made changes to the system that made it quieter than its predecessor. He also made the cupboard where it was installed neater by repairing damage done to it when the previous softener had failed and flooded. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Very good service. Contacted them via whatsapp to verify that they could supply a new transformer for our water softener. Replied quickly with the correct part and ordering details. Part dispatched quickly, arrived in 2 days and is far superior quality than original one. Good customer service.

An all-round excellent experience. Aquastream responded to my initial email enquiry almost immediately, and came out for a site visit shortly afterwards, where Stephen was really helpful in providing information and answering all my questions. I have been a customer of this business for many years. Stephen is always helpful and tidy when working. My recent experience was when he replaced my old water softener. It was a very awkward job, due to the position of pipework and concealing panelling in a very tight space. He replaced and improved most of the pipework and corrected faulty plumbing that had been in place for years. I would recommend this firm to any one.

I had to replace my Eco Water Filters and discovered Aquastream after some Googling. Since the filter model numbers have changed I had to be sure to order the correct ones. An email was sent to the Aquastream address and it being over the Festive season I was not expecting a response till the New Year. To my surprise I did not only get a response but also very good advise. I placed my order and had the correct filters delivered to my doorstep a few days later.

Having lived in a hard water area all my life and experienced the luxury of others' soft water, I couldn't wait to have a softener of my own. Aquastream ticked all the boxes, in particular, Steve was the only prospective installer to make a thorough inspection of my existing water system before quoting. When it arrived, his quote was minutely detailed and arrived in my inbox on the day he said it would. Steve and Lee carried out the work quickly, efficiently and cleanly, and put everything back in its place before they left. They were courteous and friendly throughout the day. Steve then took the time to explain in detail the workings of the softener and the refill procedure. I am now wallowing in super soft water and can wholeheartedly recommend Aquastream.

This company, though located in the UK, is the only source for Kinetico water softner parts as the US retailers refuse to sell to consumers. Shipping was very fast to the US and they use a trusted payment provider, PayPal. Working on your Kinetico is easy as long as you take your time and you can avoid the expensive service calls.

It's so hard to find a good quality product, it's even hard find someone who would install it properly, in a way that gives you confidence that it will work as expected. I've got water softener installed by Aquastream and it is amazing. The pipework is so neat and clean. The devices works like a charm.

I've got all my questions answered and everything was explained. I know what to expect and how to use this device (it is very new to me, so it is really handy to get all the insights).

The result looks like they would do it in their own house, and you've got to just love it. Amazing. Can't recommend them more!
