Aquastream Water Softeners Ltd Opiniones

I received a call from Aquastream Water Softeners soon after making an enquiry on the Kinetico website. Stephen was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly before arranging a site visit, after which I was able to get an installation appointment quickly.

Stephen did a fantastic job of the installation. I was really impressed with his attention to detail and the neatness of the work he carried out. Very thorough, clean and tidy. Obviously takes pride in his work! His estimate for the time taken to complete the job was bang on too.

Great communication. Very knowledgeable and responsive to questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience tbh. Highly recommended!

This is my go-to company for water filter cartridges. The pricing is always competitive and communication about delivery is always excellent so that I know exactly when the delivery will happen. It's also great to support a small business in the UK!

Above and beyond !!!I Had problems with my water softener and attempted a self repair. The Aquastream team supplied all the parts and threw in some extras to make a successful repair. Their advice also was second to none. Thank you very much for your help and speedy service.

I contacted Aquastream Water Softeners to get a quote. Stephen and his team were quick to answer and have come to the house to give a more tailored quote and discuss options. We had a date for installation quickly after the quotation and the installation was seamless. A few days after installation Stephen happened to be in the area and popped by to check that everything was still Ok. I would 100% recommend Aquastream!

I contacted Aquastream in order to recommission a Kinetico water softener in our new home.
Stephen was able to identify and supply the correct replacement resin in a timely manner. When I encountered other issues getting the system to work properly, Stephen really went above and beyond to help me solve my problems. All in all thoroughly recommended.

We installed Kinetico water softeners 3 months ago and I highly recommend Kinetico Water softeners for others. It was a great/smooth experience right from the day 1 when I first contacted Stephen for enquiry and Stephen explained the available product ranges in detail and suggested the best product for our use case. Stephen is deeply experienced in this area and the installation was well planned and executed without any hassle. With respect to usage and maintenance - We just have to replace the salt block once every few weeks and we don't have to worry about anything else. If you are looking for water softener for your home, start with Aquastream Water Softeners.

Professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service with excellent workmanship. Stephen did an excellent job in replacing a previously failing water softener. Very happy to recommend Aquastream.

We had a new Kinetico Compact installed when we moved recently. Stephen was excellent providing all the information we needed being new to softeners and managed to find a slot for installation quickly. He was neat and worked around our piping issues in the new house. I would thoroughly recommend Aquastream.

We had a Kinetico Premier Compact XP installed by Stephen to replace an old failed softener. The installation and quality of work is second to none. It's more efficient, smaller and salt blocks are much easier to handle and use than tablets. Stephen was great to deal with and was happy to provide advice and tips on the system.
I highly recommend Aquastream

Great Service by Stephen. He was able to solve some piping problems, provided fair pricing for the additional work. Was professional, polite and friendly.

Our rep was excellent throughout the process. Before even visiting the home he was able to make an accurate assessment from photos we sent. Ordering, fitting and follow up has been perfect. No pushy sales which is always appreciated.
