A pleasure to deal with, filters arrived via courier well wrapped

Used the company twice and always a good experience. Amazing service and product!

I have a 10-year old water softener which has been regularly serviced every 2 years by Softener Services, or so I thought. Softener Services have been taken over by a larger company who failed to reply to my request for a service, so I looked for a local company and found Aquastream; there were others but Aquastream were the first to return my call so I booked them. I now know what a proper service entails and what is involved; it's obviously the first comprehensive service my softener has had. I would thoroughly recommend Aquastream as a full water softener service provider and will definitely use them in 2024, by which time it will be prudent to replace the model I have.

Awesome product with an amazing service. Must try to make life better

The Omnipure Q5650 filter cartridge system was very quick and easy to fit in place of the previous Culligan. Simple push-fit connections, and even the mounting fitted on the same screws. Stephen was very helpful in choosing the most suitable system, which is working very well. We have bought filters from Aquastream for some years now and will continue to do so.

Good website with relevant information easy to order.
Quick delivery and product as described.

Highly recommend. Simple to order and very competitively priced. Super at giving advice and assistance too. Could not ask for more.

Great presales - went through the options, how it would fit in, running costs, etc.
System installed for 6 months now, very clean install, neat plumbing and completely matches expectation.

Fantastic experience with Aqua stream, professional from the start. Great communication throughout the process the engineers Stephen and Lee were so polite, friendly and very professional. Would definitely recommend. The unit is working brilliant so happy we decided to have one installed. Thank you to you all.

Steve did an excellent job connecting to our pipework behind the cabinet plinth and fitting a water softener into a cupboard with a few millimetres to spare. He arrived as arranged, did the work and tidied everything up neatly. We are very pleased with the result and are already feeling the benefits of softened water. We are very happy to recommend Aquastream.

Steve arrived early and cracked on immediately. The existing pipe work was removed and replaced with a much neater, pratical layout. The softener was installed as requested.
Everything was very clean and tidy.
Thoroughly recommended Aquastream for your softener needs.

Excellent price & delivered in a timely fashion. Have used before & will use again. Thank You.

Buy my annual Kinetico cartridges from these guys, price is always the best I can find and the service is spot on with prompt delivery

Will be back again in 12 months!

Extremely fast delivery of two Kinetico drinking water filter cartridges. Very well packaged. Excellent communication and very competitive price. AquaStream Water Softeners are my go-to suppliers for my replacement cartridges. Would highly recommend.

The installation was done perfectly. Stephen is very professional and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Now the water softener is working fine and no more limescale to worry.

We are very pleased with the Kinetico water softener recommended and fitted by Aquastream-Softeners. It was installed on the agreed day and the necessary re-routing of pipe work completed with no issues. The whole installation was professionally done and the area left clean and tidy.
We are now enjoying soft water and limescale free shower screens. I have no hesitation in recommending Aquastream-Softeners and Kinetico.

Very pleased and impressed with the service received throughout the whole process. Since our water Softner has been installed, we have noticed a difference in a matter of days! Stephen has been amazing throughout and answered all our questions. Local firm, would definitely recommend to use.
