I ordered filters for my Kinetico drinking water system.
The filters were dispatched correctly and promptly.
I had ordered the filters early before they needed replacement. When the time came to replace them I disturbed one of the push fit connectors on the manifold resulting in water weeping from it.
I contacted Aquastream for advice. Stephen was extremely helpful and answered emails very quickly.
He sent me a replacement O-ring along with instructions which worked very well.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from Aquastream softeners in the future.

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong water filter cartridge and they noticed it was different from my previous order and checked I had ordered the right one! Lee undertook the installation which was done very competently and neatly. Really impressed with the installation and the quality of the water softener. I can highly recommend this company. The soft water is amazing and we should have done this years ago as we live in a very hard water area.

I recently needed to replace a Billi water filter. I ordered a low cost filter from another company. They charged me for the filter when I placed the order. Almost four weeks later and a number of interactions I finally cancelled the order when it was clear they were not going to honor it. I got my money back. In contrast, I ordered a replacement filter with Aquastream on a Thursday and received it the following Monday. Brilliant service and not much more expensive. I highly recommend Aquastream.
