My name is Mrs Beverley Davies , I have had motability cars since the early 1990's I've had many different makes of cars. All of the mobility sales people have been rushed , making my decisions themselves with next to no interaction with me plus very little aftercare , we came to Peugeot and was approached by Mr Chris Hughes, he was polite , made sure we were comfortable & that we were looking for the right car for our needs , he explained everything more than once , making sure we had a car with enough room for a wheel chair & luggage , his aftercare is so good & there's no problem showing us all again when we pop in this is why we are now driving our third Peugeot all 3008 vehicles , we are hoping to have another if Chris is still there, he is an asset to your company . I have told other people we know to make sure they go to see Chris

I purchased a car from Arbury ŠKODA Leamington Spa earlier this year and the experience has been very disappointing.
Emails went unanswered.
Issues with the car were denied rather than addressed.
They could not provide any paperwork for servicing (I doubt it was ever done).
The car was missing the correct parts, and there was a general lack of care.
When I spoke to the dealership manager, they were terse and antagonistic — which speaks volumes about the leadership and culture.
Buying from a main dealer should bring peace of mind, but this has been the opposite. I would not recommend this dealership.

The whole process was easy and hassle free. Louis, the sales exec, was friendly and knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable.

Had a look around the forecourt and showroom. Waited ages for someone to come and help. Eventually some one came. Went through the process of buying but wasn't sure and said we'd think about it over the weekend. Asked if they could give me a breakdown of the figures as there were 2 sets. We were promised an email but never received one. Received a phone call Sunday but the phone didn't ring long enough for me to catch the call. Rang back, told someone I wanted Nissan and waited 10 minutes on hold, Rang back on another phone as I felt it was late. They they were closed!

I'm a customer or arbury and have been for over ten years now.
But unfortunately I'm very upset by the service department
I've been on hold over and over again and they never pick up, what makes me smile is that I can hear them pick the phone up then put it back down to end the call.
If that's how its going to be then I'll take my money somewhere else, I haven't got time for games.

Arbury Peugeot is great. No question they can’t answer. They go out of their way to make you welcome. Friendly polite staff there isn’t anything they won’t do to make you feel welcome and comfortable and happy with your choice of car. There isn’t any pressure selling. They follow up on there customers to make sure they are happy with their choice of vehicle. I give Arbury Stourbridge 10 out of 10

Buying another car can be stressful but Paul was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. He went through everything with us and was very patient. Everything went smoothly and we are more than pleased with our purchase. Also many thanks to Kal, the manager, who was very helpful.

I initially saw the car on auto trader, then went to the garage to test drive the vehicle. Sam dealt with the paperwork/sale etc, all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I am sorry to say that while I am very pleased with my Nissan X-Trail, the service team are appalling. Bookings take ages, then they only do have the job and come up with very poor excuses.
On a previous occasion I had an auto-stop start fault and they ended up keeping the car for 4 months while they sorted the problem.
Today it went in for a service with an engine management light on. They didn't address the engine management light and have booked it in for a months time. When I collected the car there was a new engine management fault.
I really have to question if they have any competent staff. The service is appalling and they are always full of excuses. If it wasn't part of the servicing arrangement I'd never go there again.

Polly and Leah excellent service, very polite and helpful, a real pleasure to talk to, dissapointed with the work done as paid over £600 for replacement part on advice of Peugeot to solve chirping noise issue only to find its still there, will probably use local garage in future.
