Ordered a size medium tshirt as a gift due to it being advertised as regular fit, however the tshirt received is described as ‘oversized’ so of course didn’t fit. I then re ordered a size small to which the label says ‘regular fit’. It’s the exact same tshirt but seems the sizing isn’t correctly advertised online and is quite misleading as ‘regular’ and ‘oversized’ are completely different to each other. Frustrating as it is then £4 to return the item for what I think is a website error.

Recieved the socks and they are really good quality.

Once slight issue, as I was sent a pair for two right feet (logo facing out).

But to their credit, the issues was resolved and a two left feet socks were sent out to me.

However, after looking at all the negative review I would suggest looking for a new courier as Yodel couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery and that's hurting your reputation.

Ordered t-shirts in size XXL after referring to their size guide (which states pit to pit measurement of 24.6inch). Items arrived much much larger at 26inch. The company confirmed a manufacturing fault and agreed to refund but only on return of the goods. No compensation/discount code or money off offered despite my time wasted arranging return and inconvenience. Very disappointed.

I ordered a gift for my father from Art Of, but accidentally selected a size L instead of XL. I contacted customer service, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I ordered the item to Denmark, and all shipping information was clearly communicated throughout the process. Most importantly, my father was very happy with his new sweater.

Great product, they could just do a better job of clarifying the delivery dates. E.g website says despatch in 2 working days but I ordered on a Sunday and it arrived on a Friday.
