Commande passée mi décembre, je reçois le 20/12 un mail « commande expédiée » avec un numéro de suivi qui ne fonctionne pas au passage. Le 22/12 je reçois un mail que les services postaux sont en grèves !! Puis le 26/12 que la veille, donc jour de Noël, une réunion a eu lieu et que mon colis est prioritaire ! Sauf que maintenant le site est introuvable… GROSSE ARNAQUE

Commande d’un puzzle et confirme le 5/12 depuis aucune nouvelle le site ne reconnais pas ni numero de commande ni de suivi je pense m etre fait arnaque par ce site

Ordered £100 worth of product for my son’s Christmas present at the end of November. Yodel delivered the wrong parcel to my house, AOF then said they would have a re-order sent out to be in time for Christmas which was great.
It’s the 22nd - the parcel is still sat with the sender when I track, and no communication from the AOF regarding the order when I have emailed multiple times.
It’s the 1 thing my 12 year old asked for… I now have to rush out and get him something else as I’m non the wiser as to whether it’s going to arrive tomorrow, Christmas Eve or not even turn up at all. Extremely disappointed… the only company to let me down this Christmas.

Ordered a LFC tshirt for my mates birthday. It came covered in white marks which was something to do with something used in making the T-shirt, quick customer service response sorted it out, returned and a new top sent out once I’d sent mine back. Second top arrives, still with white marks on it - emailed back and since the 11th Dec they have just stopped responding.

Poor quality items, poor quality customer service.

Bought my husband the NUFC embroided sweatshirt last year and it was amazing so thought I’d get a T shirt for BiL for Aston Villa this year. Ordered it thinking it would be embroided but it’s actually a print, which it does say to be fair but then I think £31 +pp for a printed t shirt is a bit steep to be honest!

Shouts out to Bailey on customer service. Slight issue with delivery and they sorted the problem out really quickly and gave me a step by step breakdown of what needed to be done.

Price gouging company. I ordered something from here last week as a gift, unfortunately it did not fit so not only did I have to pay £4 to return the item. They have essentially upped the price by 31% within a week.

UPDATE - AOF have replied giving me a credit note for the difference which was very kind of them. The products from here are lovely, their exchange process could be better.

extra fees at pick up

Ordered and paid fortnight ago, and the goods just arrived at the customs.... *updated* despite my worry parcel cleared the customs swiftly and was delivered 2 days after. Changed the rating to 5*. normally it would be 4 because of the delivery time, but the goods made up for it. Overall happy-ish.

I ordered the wrong size for my partner. The customer service of this company, namely Bailey- was exceptional.
I emailed & was responded to immediately.
I followed the instructions & was informed again by email when the shirt was received & asked if I would prefer a store credit or refund. I opted for the credit and this was actioned so quickly with an extra discount code which meant I didn’t need to pay for shipping on my next purchase. What is sometimes a stressful experience (because I’m not made of money) was made so much easier because of Baileys help.

Never had any problems with art of football, always been 1st class

Bought a hoodie for my partner's birthday and was impressed with the quality of the products, but what really surprised me was the quality of customer service. I had originally bought two products but was informed one wouldn't be ready in time due to an influx of orders. They were kind enough to offer me multiple options in receiving the items, and ensured the hoodie that was ready was delivered in time for his birthday. They were so quick to respond, and personally saw to making sure the issue was resolved.

Super grateful and will be buying again! Shout out to Bailley for all their help :)

Cannot fault their customer service. My parcel went missing, they sorted it asap, posted the same day and managed to repost my item that went out of stock. And the clothes are top quality!
