The individuals I interacted with in customer service were excellent - responsive and helpful. Amanda, who took the initial order, was very helpful and guided me through the ordering process. The only glitch that led to a 4 star instead of 5 was a shipping error in which I received the wrong hardware attached to the door. Josh, the customer service rep I reached, apologized, asked me appropriate questions to ensure I received the right replacement parts and had them shipped promptly. Both gave me direct emails to facilitate communication.

We live out of the state and chose to have our doors made at Artisan Hardware. We couldn’t be happier with their customer service AND their product. We highly recommend this company for too many reasons to list...you won’t be disappointed.

its been less than a year and the rubber on the wheels are failing. ill need to replace this for my client...

door was shipped and delivered early. very well packaged. high quality product.

The sales service is great. The care to be sure all needed parts are included in the package is not so great, we have had missing bolts and screws about 30% of the time.
Also, the color of the bolts and nuts do not match, some are gray and some are painted black, and the paint on the nuts and bolts comes off when a wrench or socket if used.

This was my second order with them. Both times I had questions that required customer service and both times the service was excellent. Orders were even received ahead of schedule.

Product was as advertised. Only addition I would suggest is that the floor/wall mounted lower door guy have two rollers that would hold the door semi snugly during operation. The single roller creates more play in the door. I was able to create my own version of a second roller and attach in tandem with the exterior roller for a smooth fit and operation

I received a thousand dollar door with a warp. My claim was submitted with photos. The solution provided was to buy a different type of door guide and not use the groove slot in the bottom of the door. I would like the door replaced since this company prides itself on craftsmanship. I love the door style but this door is not a quality product.

I just purchased my second barn door hardware kit from Artisan. As usual the quality of the materials and craftsmanship were excellent.

I made a mistake and ordered rollers that ultimately didn't work for the spacing above the door. When I called them to order the correct parts they went out of their way to help me get the correct ones as quickly as possible.
