I purchased a pair of door stops for my barn door. It solved my problem of having the door close too far. I only needed one stop, so I placed the other one opposite to balance things out. Great quality product just like the door itself.

Some items were not shipped but that fixed immediately. Still waiting to install.

Everyone was so personable and willing to help whether it was their department or not! Loved the experience.

Poor customer service: the delivery company that they contract with will demand that you receive the product within 3 days, on a weekday, during an all-day delivery window, and threaten you with charges if you cannot accommodate them. Artisan Hardware will then abdicate any responsibility for this, despite the fact that they have chosen the delivery company, and state that it is the customer's responsibility only to arrange delivery. Very poor and I would not order from this company again.

I looked at a lot of different hardware choices, debating how much to spend, and how big of a difference there was in quality. I am happy to say that Artisan Hardware was an excellent choice all the way around! It arrived in a timely manner, was packaged well, and the quality and durability of the parts was visible immediately.

The service I received from Artisan was exceptional, they exceeded all my expectations of doing business with a company in today's market place. The person I dealt with was courteous, knowledgeable and promptly returned all my calls.

Price is worth the lead time but if you have time to spare I can get these doors built on a 5 week lead time for half the price. The finish is cheap for 1200$ per door.

Artisan Hardware makes quality products and has a fabulous customer service department. All my dealings with this company have been positive.

This is the 2nd handle I purchased to enable my elderly Mother to grip and thereby assist her going up and down my front stairs. Not only is it strong but it is very attractive. I am sure that I will be ordering more of these handles!

Hardware was just what I was looking for, shipped on a timely fashion, support was excellent!
