Had a problem with rat(s) in our toilet waste pipe which had been gnawed through over a few weeks and so required a rodent blocker to be fitted to the outflow pipe ( pipe had already been replaced twice) I contacted ASW Pest Control this morning and a technician promptly came to my property the same day (lunch time). He opened the drain cover in the front garden, located the outflow pipe and tried to attach a blocker to the pipe. Unfortunately he could not attach it because there was a bend in the pipe where it entered the main drain so he advised me to contact the water company to enquire if they could realign the pipe so that a blocker could be fitted or get a plumber to fit a rigid pipe instead of a flexible pipe behind the toilet.
Just before the Technician left my property a plumber turned up (from my home cover). The pest control technician spoke to him about fitting the blocker internally to the toilet waste pipe behind the loo which he did (under the guidance of the technician). It was successfully fitted and a new flexi pipe was attached.
I was very pleased with the service I had from yourselves and the plumber. I had already spent nearly £400 on another pest control company but they had let me down after the second visit failing to turn up twice for the 3rd visit.
The ASW Technician was reliable, prompt efficient and very informative and if I ever needed pest control again I would choose your company. Thank you

We can't thank Simon enough for his help with our rodent problem in the loft (after already having Pest UK come out, which cost us a fortune and didn't fix the problem we were at breaking point) but then Simon from ASW pest control arrived, checked our drains, see straight away where they were getting in, moved the rat flap to the correct entry point and an hour later ......silence, I was so relieved I actually cried, so once again Simon thank you so much, you certainly know your stuff, I hope to god i never have a pest problem again but if i do I will be ringing ASW like a shot.

In early October we had squirrels boldly entering our kitchen whilst we were in it, and then discovered one running amok in our attic. I looked online for who best to call for help and chose ASW because of the number of wonderful testimonials they have. I am now adding to these as a very happy customer! Their service is outstanding.
My initial phone message was responded to in minutes with reassurance and a swift plan. Adam arrived at 8.30 the next morning. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, considerate, courteous and friendly. He carefully investigated the problem, found the entry points, and laid some traps in our attic with cameras so he could see any activity on his phone. Within hours he contacted us with news of a result and arranged to come back that same afternoon. Adam kept us well informed and returned 3 more times over about 2 weeks. He added a trap outside our kitchen door and monitored the situation, keeping us informed. In fact no more squirrels were caught, and they have all disappeared from our garden- and house! We have had no more trouble with squirrels since then. During his visits an issue with mice became apparent and Adam put trays of poison in various locations. No more scrabbling noises, nibbled vegetables or other evidence of mice since then. We are really pleased, and relieved, by the excellent service we had from Adam from ASW and will definitely call them again for any pest control needs in future. We can thoroughly recommend this excellent and professional business and thank them very much for all their help.

Called ASW and Rob arrived at my property to deal with the problem within a couple of hours. Highly recommend,

I had previously used another company to deal with a problem I had with rats. The rats returned so I decided to contact ASW. Simon came out very quickly and did a thorough inspection which the other company hadn’t done. He put some poison in the loft and in another place and said he would come back in a couple of weeks to check the situation. He would also be back a third time. I was very grateful for this as I didn’t feel abandoned like I did with the other company. I would 100% recommend ASW to anyone. They are so knowledgeable and professional.
