ASW and especially pest controller Bob have been absolutely amazing. I had previously had JG Pest control who were absolutely useless (two botched attempts at wasp nest treatment, and made to wait 17 days in between) I finally asked ASW to come and sort everything out. Bob came and immediately using binoculars established where correct entry point was. He did initial external treatment, because the previous treatment by JG had punctured nest allowing wasps out into my attic & airing cupboard!
So he had to allow wasps to settle down, but he promised he would return after weekend to go into loft and remove nest. True to his word he came on the Monday, kitted up in protective gear and proper wasp treatment. The nest was the largest he had seen this year. He spent hours, carefully removing nest, and showed me the huge nest sections afterwards. Bob went to great lengths to advise me about how to wasp proof eaves of my old cottage to prevent possible wasp invasion next year. He checked my airing cupboard for any wasp stragglers. I cant speak highly enough about ASW and Bob a firm that really cares about their customers, and staff that go the extra mile to ensure you are happy and wasp free! After Bobs work I never saw another wasp 10/10.

We had to temporarily pause work in a customer’s loft back in June 2025 due to a large wasps’ nest. Nobody in the county could attend quickly, but ASW Pest Control Specialists Ltd were on site within 2 hours. The nest was safely removed with complete professionalism, and our client was absolutely over the moon with the service.

From start to finish, the communication, speed, and quality of their work was excellent. As a company ourselves, we really value reliability, and ASW more than delivered. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing fast and effective pest control.

We contacted ASW Pest Control for removal of squirrels and a wasp nest. From the first call this company has been fantastic and super helpful. Within 24 hours we had Simon out to visit us who was nothing short of incredible. We had used two different pest control companies in the past that told us there was a bird in the loft. Simon done a full inspection, confirmed a plan and provided much needed reassurance that he will resolve our issues. 5x visits carried out in total and Simon gave me the choice of time, he was prompt for every one which meant it didn’t impact on my work schedule. I have spent months having disturbed nights & was debating selling our house. Within 3 days Simon resolved our pest issues, provided clear guidance on what we required to do to seal the loft space and continued to visit for reassurance for me for up to the full 5 visits. I highly recommend ASW Pest Control and have found their service faultless. Reasonably priced in the market and a very friendly, helpful and kind team. The mouse man was prompt and cheerful. He used covers on his shoes without being asked. He soon got down to the job I employed him for - mouse in pantry😱😱 He cleared out the goods and packets that the mouse had chewed and put them into a black bag to throw away and advised me to use antibacterial wipes on the shelves. He put down 3 containers with bait in where he thought the mouse was running. Coming back twice more to check on what is happening. Very conscientious and explained everything in plain language. Would certainly recommend this company. By the way, the bait seems to have been nibbled, hooray.

We found a LARGE hornet's nest outside our lounge window on a Sunday. I messaged ASW that same day, hoping that someone would get back to me when Monday came. Less than an hour after sending the message, though, Jamie Hallett replied, said that ASW could help and that a technician would contact me on Monday to arrange a visit. Rob Budgell phoned me the following morning, just after 8 and arranged to come that morning. He arrived exactly when he said he would, spent a good time explaining what he'd do to resolve the hornet problem and then did a superb job of doing just that. Within 3 hours, the huge number of hornets was reduced to.....zero.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent firm. Not just because of what they say, or do, but because of how they made me feel throughout the experience. Confident that they would help, convinced that I had been listened to - and treated with such respect and friendliness by Bob when he came.
