Top marks again. Wonderful company, lovely items and my friend is delighted with the sweater,boxer shorts and Polo shirt.
These items arrived on the 10th September, his birthday so right on time.
This is my 2nd order with Atlas and I have been more than pleased with the promo delivery, well packed items and really well made attractive clothes.

A refund 2 months over due was promised to be with me by the end of July. It is now September and still no sign of any money being returned. I will admit that they did not say what year they would pay it, so it seems that they want me to die so they do not have to pay out.

People, don't buy anything from Atlas For Men!!!
They are scammers. They don't issue refunds for returns—not even when you have proof of shipment. If you pay by bank transfer, they claim they never received the payment.
This has been going on for nearly a year now, and I still haven't received a refund. I’ve sent dozens of emails, but there’s always a different excuse. This company cannot be trusted.
Think twice before you start...

You are asking me for information regarding my refund for the umpteenth time now. This proves once again just how dysfunctional your customer service is. I have already sent and replied to dozens of emails containing all the details—as well as the bank statements you requested. Now you are asking for all that information again. I will not stop complaining until the refund is received. And yes... in multiple languages ​​and on various websites.
This is a calculated strategy to keep making aggrieved customers resubmit their details until they get fed up and give up... But not with me!
This incompetence has to stop at some point!

my own experience makes me say that the goods i ordered were ok but delivery was poor to say the least and could do with a vast improvement. otherwise i am happy to shop with you again...

I love the fact that I have a choice of ordering either by post or online.I mostly order online but really value having the catalogue to peruse.
Im delighted to have found atlas as there aren't many companies who cater for the larger man( which i am.I have bought numerous packs of t- shirts & dress shirts from atlas & I'm well pleased with the fit & the quality & indeed the colours & styles.Im barrel chested with a protruding mid section & find it extremely difficult to find trousers, shorts, joggers, etc... that fit comfortably. Delivery service is usually pretty prompt too.I will continue to shop with atlas.

The polo shirts I ordered were perfect as it's difficult finding them with a pocket on the left hand side.

Speed and efficiency of delivery. Good quality goods.

I originally order some shorts that turned out to be 2 small but on returning these three parcels only received refunds with a lot of fighting for 2 of the parcels and not the third which was too the value of £64.95p this company is a complete joke they are scammers avoid avoid avoid

I would suggest you think twice before ordering anything from Atlas foe Men. I placed an order on the 7th June 2026 and the order went through straight away. After a couple of weeks I phoned AFM to ask where my order was and I was told it was out of stock when I ordered it and it would be back in stock soon. At no time when I was ordering did the system tell me it was not in stock. I spent the rest of June and July chasing AFM for a delivery date but they kept avoiding giving me an answer. On the 7th August my order showed the items were back in stock and my order was being prepared. I sent AFM a message on the 12th August because my order was still showing being prepared. AFM sent the following message below which tells me nothing.

Evri who are the AFM delivery company then lost my delivery when it arrived in Paris, France so AFM had to send it to me again on the 24/08/2026. The order was finally delivered to me on the 03/09/2026 which is 89 days after my order on the 07/06/2026. I have not had any compensation offer from AFM so I will be taking my business elsewhere. As well as this issue the other half of my order came back as being sold out but AFM still took the money and it took me over a month to get them to issue a full refund which I think is disgraceful. At no point between the 7th June 2026 and the 03/09/2026 have AFM contacted me to discuss my order, all communications have been initiated by myself.

Follow up to my previous review regarding long wait for refund.
Having waited many weeks,I emailed a 'Letter before action' giving 7 days to refund and I received my refund in 48hours.

I returned a pair of shorts on the 22 June 2026 and they were received back by Atlas on the 7 July 2026.

On the 7 August 2026 I did the online form to Atlas and got a reply stating that the funds would be in my account within a few days. On the 14 August 2026 I emailed Atlas stating that I had still not received my refund. Atlas sent me the same generic reply, refund in a few days.

After reading reviews on Trustpilot and finding replies from Atlas that they were having banking problems affecting refunds, I emailed them to ask why they don’t inform customers of that fact and not the standard generic reply, I have not received any reply or got my refund.

Very disappointed with this situation with Atlas, it’s not a great amount of money but it’s a refund not received!

I ordered some tshirts and a shirt towards the end of august, so not really holiday peak time for ordering I would have thought, and here comes the downside.
1st, the order took TWELVE days to arrive - just not good enough now, with next day pretty standard, but 12?
2nd, delivered by EVRI - !!! I had forgotten they used these cowboys, but, due in the afternoon, waited all day, delivered at 10pm! On the plus side, I suppose I was lucky to get it at all....
3rd, the shirt! Unknown to me, they have seen fit to decorate all of the buttons on the shirt with the words "atlas for men" in white on a coloured background --
HORRIBLE!!!
I would send the lot back but that would mean dealing with Evri again so....
I will NOT be buying from this company again, but I'm not sure how I will stop the deluge of advertising I will get from them.
My advice? AVOID!!!

I have used these a couple of times , first 5ime I ordered stuff for holidays and t shirts were fine but a pair of sandals came apart within half an hour of wearing t,hem , I requested a refund and never ever got a reply so I stopped using them then recently they advertised a micro fibre jacket that looked very nice so I thought we’ll give them another chance, it arrived quite quickly but it was massive going by the size chart it should have fit me , I decided to return it by Evri literally the same day and requested a replacement rather than a refund just in a smaller size as it showed it was in stock , it has now been 5 weeks and I still haven’t had any messages as to what is happening , I have tried to contact as they wanted proof of return through Evri , this was sent straight back and they have acknowledged it , but they state they have 30 days to replace item , I can’t understand how they have acknowledged the return and know they have the size I want so why is there such a delay it’s crazy, if I went back on and ordered the jacket in a smaller size I would probably get it within a few days but they seem to delay any replacements forever , I don’t think 8 will use them again because their policy for refunds and returns is ridiculously slow , I can get all kinds of this type of clothing from the likes of Amazon , Temu, Shein, etc and a lot of that comes from china but it does get sorted immediately , Atlas needs to be competitive or customers with look elsewhere

Return policy: 30 days. They want to pay straight away but long winded in refunding. If called, premier rate. Disgusted. I want to buy again but am unsure.Have been with this company a long time. Don't know if I will buy again.Reply from Altlas for men still 30 days waiting for return payment. It's a joke.

They chose EVRI as a deliverer, who predictably dumped the parcel outside my block of flats, although I was in at the time, without even telling me. When I complained to Atlas they told me I should sort it out with EVRI and said I should be monitoring their delivery. 24/7? Evri are meant to tell you when they deliver. Evri of course said I should sort it out with Atlas.

I placed an order in April and when I returned an item for the value of £25.99 and of course I lost the proof of postage. I thought it would ask about it as it wasn't ever picked up as being returned. So as it was my fault, I took it on the chin. The next order I made was I had two items to return. I was careful with the proof of postage. They received the parcel 04/07 so obviously it takes 30 days so I would have expected the refund in and around 04/08. Initiated 07/08...its now after 24/08 close of business and still no refund. Communication from customer service is exceptionally poor and I am constantly chasing them. The only good point I have to say is their clothes are decent but thats it. The fact that this day in age a refund takes 30days once they receive it is absolutely mindblowing and their refund process really needs looked at. Thankfully its not massive amounts but it all comes down to the principle now but I have the proof of postage for it and I am prepared to go to the ombudsman if its not sorted soon. Beyond frustrated and annoyed!!!

Happy with my shoes. Comfortable and fit well.
