One item sent was not as ordered, other items all correct. No problem, however, with the exchange - lady who assisted me was excellent and deserves five stars for her help. Correct item arrived, as promised, a few days later.

Delays with refunds?. November 2025!

What a grim experience. Order took two weeks to arrive, according to customer service this was due to a heat wave.
Finally arrived and the unpackaging was instantaneously met with an "oh come on", the initial look was bad enough but feeling the material and actually wearing the item was an instant "its going back". Cheapest, nastiest, poorest designed polo shirts imaginable.
I actually commented to my partner that I wouldn't even wear this for painting the ceiling.
And so the long and wearisome return began with Evri taking two weeks to return the package three hundred miles. (couldn't make this up)
Customer service for Atlas answer is within 48 hours ((woopeedoo))
with a generic response sent from someone clearly working from home and not giving a hoot about the customer.
So finally it has reached its return destination but Atlas for men UK need a further 30 days to process the refund (more generic answers) but not before deducting the return postage.
Never again, absolute rubbish.

I am fed up of waiting for a £2.99 refund. Apparently a problem with their banking system.
Strangely no problem with taking your money, not good at giving it back

I HAVE been waiting weeks for a refund , & i have had the most stupid reasons for not refunding me, i paid for the goods, quickly, & they take your money, but they don`t seem to like refunding you! please be careful when buying, because if you have to return, you will wait & wait for your money back!

All good they were very helpful and friendly when talking to the them on the phone

I ordered a gift for a friend on the 4th and his birthday was on the 8th giving 4 days to receive it on his birthday. It didn’t turn up until the 15th! So I was very disappointed as I have never received items from you at that length of time. Also, I was disappointed for him too.

Refund was supposed to be 5-7 days I'm now informed it will be 4-6 weeks

I have been waiting weeks for a refund for goods not available / awaiting supplies. Despite numerous calls, today I have been told it is due to a change in banking system. I guess the same banking system that accepts payment for goods without problem.
We did ask if we could order a different item and was told we would have to pay postage again, why when the other items would have been sent if we could have waited,
Customer service agents work from home and unable to provide resolution.
Definitely won't be buying from again.
Would have left 0 stars if possible.
Edit in response to reply, is it changing banks or a change to the banking system. Sorry still doesn't wash as doesn't stop you accepting payments for orders. Checking other reviews this has taken 3 months

This company is the most unhelpful and arrogant company I have ever dealt with. Returned goods over 6 weeks and have still not received a refund. If you ring up they are blaming on a change of banking procedure which is absolute rubbish, just think how much interest they are making from their own customers by withholding your refunds.

Since MAY 7, I have been waiting for a refund in the amount of £29.99. Have just telephoned (they never contact you ) I have been informed that they are having trouble with their Banking System, WHAT SINCE MAY, and have been told to be patient, how condescending I've been PATIENT SINCE 7/5/26 and they are now asking for another 4 to 6 WEEKS to solve the problem. IT TAKES ATLAS 2 HRS to take your money. And 4 and a half MONTHS to get it BACK. Quick and easy returns policy my ARSE. GET IT SORTED. 1 STAR is too GENEROUS

Latest update on Refund fiasco, trust pilot wont put my comments on site ( to abusive apparently ) So here goes with clean version. ATLAS have paid up AFTER 22 weeks (£29.99 owed) Paid me the pathetic sum of wait for it £4.50 ? No explanation. AFTER 22 WEEKS, customer service should be ashamed if they exist. as i said before 1 STAR IS TOO GENOUROUS.

I returned 2 pairs of shorts on 30th June and I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ve called the customer services 3 times only to be fobbed off and twice they have cut the phone call whilst I was still speaking! Atrocious, incompetent service. Nobody has to wait 7weeks for a refund from reputable companies. In fact, I’ve had refunds the same day! Also, they are going to take 2 lots of postage off the amount they owe me, one postage fee from ages ago, when I know I don’t owe them anything! UNBELIEVEABLE!! This shower at AFM need a good shake up and need to be retrained to do the job properly. I’ve a mind to contact the Ombudsman if my refund doesn’t arrive within the next couple of days!
