Poor customer service.

Great products, terrible customer service. I placed an order, it must have gotten lost in the shuffle. I emailed them and they got it moving BUT... I got a note from a customer service rep named Juliette. No apology merely a tracking number... Which indicated it still hadn't shipped. Will not use this company again. It is a shame.

Great product terrible customer service

I use this product for years after finding it. I loved the glass cleaner. I have a cleaning business and loved using their products until just recently. I had an issue with an order that was returned to corporate and sent several emails trying to resolve some thing because I have a subscription, the customer service is awful. They only respond to every other time. They never answer their phone and I’m still waiting to get a product that I pay ahead of time save yourself time and effort and find something else. This company is in so they literally feel like they don’t respond or make customer service they’re number one priority.

The shampoo smells disgusting and I had…

The shampoo smells disgusting and I had several ear wigs in my box! They were covered in little bugs also, and dust. I won’t be using these products and they have a no returns or refunds policy. Do. Not. Buy.

Attitude Baby Wipes

I recently tried the Attitude Baby Wipes. They were very wet and became foamy during use. After just one use, they left my son’s bottom covered in a red rash. My friend also bought them for her daughter - who developed a nappy rash. Don’t recommend these at all.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. They don't get back to you and you have to keep chasing. They also don't listen to you which is very very poor customer service. They are not customer centric, don't care that they keep wasting their customers' time. Very very poor customer experience.
