Made a purchase from au jeweller for my brother it wasn't to his liking but angel at au helped me through the refund process she was fabulous and very helpful

I am absolutely appalled with how I have been dealt with from this sham of a company. I ordered and item from themselves that was unsuitable, tried to email them and had no reply, I then had to leave a negative review for them to contact me. AU Jewellers then told me I had emailed the wrong place, even after I had proof both from a screen shot and screen recording on their website.

Their response: Hey Jennifer, unfortunately, since you emailed the wrong email address we can no longer accept your return request :(

Firstly who runs a business and uses emoji faces when dealing with customers, secondly ive found them to be extremely rude and condescending. I dont know how much more proof I could have given them, especially when its there on the website.

Gutted I cant attach the screenshot from all the emails to be fair.

Mistake made at checkout due to a glitch and lost out on the buy 1 get 1 free offer. Emailed AU straight away who replied promptly and have honoured the offer and sending out both rings. Fab customer service! Great communication! Looking forward to receiving both rings.

Iv bought 2 chains 2 rings and a bracelet all fantastic quality and one of the rings is 120 grams it’s a beast love it all thanks guys will place a order again soon arrived so quick aswell all my family have ordered as well and all there stuff is perfect and arrived on time

I have placed 4 or 5 decent sized orders here, every piece has been bang on, with one order there was an item that should have been sent out but hadn’t, they sent it again the following day, absolute legends, customer support who I’ve dealt with has been amazing, fully supportive and willing to help out always. Would recommend everyday of the week!!

Absolute shocking company , I bought two tennis bracelets which don’t fit which I wanted to return in well within my 14 day period under the consumer contract regulations they are breaking the law yet there only offering me store credit which I don’t want never will I purchase from here again there’s no help number to ring just a email account which takes two days for a response !!

Avoid looks like brass. Horrendous

I’d had my eye on a gold rosary necklace for ages – it’s exactly what my wife wanted for her upcoming birthday, so I was so happy to find it here. I also bought a saddle ring during their fantastic buy one get one free offer, and thought everything was sorted perfectly… until a glitch on the website at checkout meant the rosary necklace didn’t go through correctly with my order.

I was absolutely gutted and so stressed – her birthday is coming up fast, and I genuinely thought I wouldn’t be able to get the necklace in time, or that I’d have to pay extra or go through loads of hassle just to fix the mistake. I emailed their team to explain what happened, honestly not knowing what to expect – but their customer service is next level!

They replied super fast, understood the issue straight away, and immediately arranged to send out the gold rosary necklace completely free of charge – no hidden fees, no extra costs, no questions asked at all. Everything is all packed up and being sent out today, so I know it’ll arrive just in time for her special day!

I’m currently waiting for my items to be delivered, so I’ll be sure to update this review once I’ve received them and checked the quality up close – but even right now, I already know this company is fantastic. The way they turned a stressful situation around and made sure I could give my wife exactly the gift she wanted says everything about how good they are.

I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer too! I’ve seen their children’s jewelry range and it looks absolutely beautiful, so I’ll be ordering pieces for my kids as well in the future.

Brought a chain 6 months ago the xxl belcher. The linked snapped and they refused to fix or swap for replacement. Then I left a review and they reported my review for defamation and it was removed. So making a new one as I have a right to leave my review in have many friends and family who will happily do same if you remove this one

Awful. Items so poorly made. Links have huge gaps and underside is silver not gold filled. Looks and feels cheap and poorly made. Contacted for a refund and they are refusing due to a promotional offer. Ignoring consumer rights act 2015. Have had to make a claim through bank for their unlawful service. Avoid.

I ordered the wrong item and contacted AU as soon as I realised. Angel dealt with me very quickly and professionally and sorted me out a return and a new order was quickly dispatched.
I received the new order quickly and with no fuss and then got word to say they’d received my return and issued a refund. It was so quick and fuss-free! Thanks so much Angel for a 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought the 8mm silver filled cuban chain and it is great quality looks the exact same as solid 925 and comes with quality packaging dont know how they make money considering the buy 1 get 1 free deal and feels very premium also fast delivery

Iv got a necklace from Au Jewllers and I never take it off its never fades or lose its shine in the shower or in bed brilliant craftsmanship. Also iv just ordered a ring from them amd I messed the order up because I was not paying attention and I gave the a quick message and they help me get the oder I wanted very fast and helpful. Fully recommend au Jewllers 10/10 👌

Absolute disgrace the chain went green within about 2 weeks and wen I said it on WhatsApp he tells me I obviously scraped it wen it’s literal green on it I said no I didn’t and he still hasn’t gotten back to me no matter how much I ring whoever it is just cancels the call every time don’t go near them

Really nice jewelry from here and fantastic customer care. I ordered the wrong size for my son’s birthday and they did everything to get a bigger size back to me on time and it wasn’t much time at all. Would definitely recommend AU jewelry if you’re thinking about buying from here, I will be ordering again 100%.
