I strongly dispute the response from yourself

I have not received either of the orders they are referring to, and the address shown in their so called “proof of delivery” is not even my address. This clearly shows the items were not delivered to me.

I have been trying to contact them since January via email and Instagram and have been completely ignored. The only reason I have now received a response is because I posted this review. They have also asked me to take my review down and offered me store credit, which I have refused.

I do not want store credit or replacement items I want a full refund of £400.

This has been handled very poorly and I am not the only customer with complaints like this. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

I will continue to update until this is resolved.

I ordered a Stars and Bars bracelet and necklaces from this company and never received anything.

I’ve contacted them multiple times and have been completely ignored. My messages have been read but no response has ever been given.

I asked for proof of delivery from DPD and they have failed to provide any evidence at all.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Based on how I’ve been treated, I would strongly warn others to avoid ordering from this business

Looks like they’re just reselling tiktok shop bracelets and none of the links on my tulip bracelet are connected they all have gaps

Bought a belcher bracelet and necklace set for £240 half of the inside of the rings are still silver on both bracelet and necklace, the ring to the clasp of the bracelet all the gold is coming away after taking off twice, Which is a shame cos otherwise would be perfect, emailed them to no reply I feel like ive been scammed im going to avoid in the future and tell everybody I know not to shop here if this is how they conduct buisness. Really disappointed and doscouraged

item came and received but the gold started to tarnish after 2/3months, prices are abit too high for stuff to tarnish so quick, I wouldn’t be buying again

Yes the items are abit pricey but they’re 100% worth it. I’ve wore my set every day for 3 years now in showers, hot tub, sauna gym etc and not even a single sign of tarnish also great quality and very heavy.

You are supposed to read returns policy before you purchase As their Earnings CANNOT be returned never known this before as brought for present for daughter seen TOP SELLERS on item so purchased TOO BIG Not taken out of box 60 item size but what does that mean

Absolute trash literally had temu jewellery a tenth of the price look and last longer than this rubbish , order arrived deformed massive gaps as no links are soldered or quality checked prior to filling with gold or sending out . Contacted them showed them pics and stated how poor it was and that I could find the same quality for a tenth the price if not better quality for a tenth of the price gave it a chance as what they offered was pointless , and not the cost I paid . The bare metal was showing within a few weeks of minimal wear now they just blank or ignore me or delete my comments on their socials it's literally flipped Thailand gold you can find the a tenth of the price from china or Thailand at a massive markup

Really impressed so far. It's looks the part so I'm very happy. Bought two chains one was a rope chain the other a Cuban both look quite authentic. I had to sell all of my 9ct so I took this option and you honestly can't tell

I bought a item from A,U Jewellery. It wasn't what I expected. I contacted the company and they was really helpful. In returning the item back to them. Gave me money back. Less charges. That i thought fair.

I really wish I had read these reviews, this company is terrible, numerous emails about a refund, and I still haven't got one, jewelry is not worth it

Absolutely terrible company says items perfect condition but they arrived brocken and seller lies about partial refund AVOID this company at all costs reported to trading standards stop sending me messages to contact u if u delete i will just repost so people know what company is like

I so wished I’d read the reviews on here before my son ordered a couple of rings from Au Jewellery.

Being autistic he is impulsive and so sometimes will regret his choices.

I approached the company to explain the predicament but they would only exchange or offer a store credit.

Very disappointed but having now seen some of the reviews am not surprised.

Please buy with caution!

I ordered 2 lots of jewelry first lot came no problem 2nd lot 2 bracelets for my grandchildren were let on doorstep when return home no.parcel sent au all details and picot dpd asked for them to send me another 2 as Xmas presents and I've been completely ignored and my grandchildren had no present as myself I'm a single mom I'm disgusted in response of the company and would never use again

second time buying from here i’ve got 4 pieces in total and all of them are great quality and always great customer service

Beware of these fraudsters…. They will steal your money. Bought a fake chain for 1 of my friends who tragically died in a car crash. I asked to return the chain which they agreed, it cost me £15 for 1st class tracked shipping. They then decided to then steal £20 of my money.

ive just been reading so many 1 star reviews i mean people got nothing better to do ive had 6 big heavy items from these guys and amazing quality everytime nice and shiney aswell exactlly like the pictures i think you people that just winge clearly dont read the full descriptions of the itmes your buying some of the comments are laughable this is how people ruin good companys coz there dumb as!!!! au jewellers are great i will always use this company never had a single issue and always very polite in emails and repliys every time 😁👍highly recommend and ignore all the karens trying to tarnish a great company!!!!
