Iv had to put 1start to write this review or I wouldnt have out any stars the company is a scam. Absolutely disgusting awful people. Robbing people!! At christmas aswel. I brought the BOGOF offer Absolutely disgusting. Thin cheap brassy looking tat I could have brought for £5 on tiktoc. Iv emailed them to get a refund and I csnt have one woth the BOGOF offer the clasp will break its so tatty and the links of 5he bracelet are not even welded together. Noway is this gold filled. Its juat chesp nasty tat. Hopefully you get done for being such a disgusting company. Iv had responses from mike long. I hope you happy robbing people you vile human. He decided to stop responding to emails once I emailed him all the photos or how badly mad the bracelets were!!

Absolute cheap nasty plastic shit , I’ve seen better in a Christmas cracker . And to make things worse they don’t offer any refund , only exchange for more crap !! Avoid at all cost . Pictures are nothing like what to get !! Very disappointed

I ordered the wrong size bracelet, sent back and other was sent out same day and delivered Xmas eve just in time for Christmas. Thanks so much guys made my daughter’s day. Couldn’t recommend enough

Ordered a belcher for a Christmas gift.

I emailed them to try and get a refund as it was too big too thin and the colouring was completely off.

Mike long replied but once asking for refund and not an exchange, stopped replying.

So now im stuck with a 140 belcher that looks like it from a charity shop

Awful company , send cheap rubbish sent back have proof they received it they said my refund be sent and would get 2-3 days that was 11th December I have chased and chased them now their saying they didn’t receive it and some rubbish about only using Royal Mail , avoid at all costs !!!

I ordered a 12mm gold filled rope chain what I received was a £3.99 tick tock style brassy looking mess on the inside of links you can see clear brass there is abrasion where the clasp meets the hoop with a band of brass this company is a disgrace and will be taking things much further stay well away from these bandits this is not real gold filled pieces

Had a item, in my opinion was cheap looking
Asked to return it,
No problem responding, however asked me to pay for recorded delivery,

Then when I received my refund I was down 10%

From a restock charge.
However was not at all mentioned throughout the process

I ordered from here as a gift for my partner which when arrived look crap so I had to show him as I knew he wouldn’t wear it. Which he said was awful, rubbish crap. So light, the links on the bracelet are not even welded together on every single link! There taking days to reply to emails, Not excepting refund because of there silly offer which is there just to catch you out!!! Over £100 down now due to this crap.

Never order from these scammers I got a order last week Friday on the 12th of December order number #19050 I got the by two Cuban get 1 free and a free gift any way it’s supposed to be gold filled there was gold missing from the chains when they arrived they was damaged the links was Luce and the locking system was Luce this place is a proper scam there ignore ing my emails online it says you have to email them to return the product so I didn’t they have been dragging it out as long as possible airing emails not replying waiting for the 14 days to be up so I can no longer ask for a refund iam ganna take these guy to court

This company is the best , I had an issue and it was sorted out over and above what they had to do , very impressed with everything the jewellery and the service and will definately use again in the future , thanks again to the AU team for all your help

Consumer rights act 2015 says, you cannot use an excuse that you purchased a 2 for 1 offer so you are not entitled to a refund, when your chains and bracelets do not match the description in weight, quality, durability, materials used, and certainly do not qualify as gold filled as there are strict guidelines as to what can be classified as gold plated and what can be classified as gold filled. The fact that you are ig oring peoples emails, and using giveaways to force and manipulate people into leaving you 5 star reviews without any purchase only to use more excuses to not even honour the giveaways anyway eventhough what you have done is broke the law countless times. I am now reporting you to trust pilot, google, consumer rights, action fraud, trading standards, ASA and will do everything in my power to ensure you get fined heavily and closed down woth all the evidence on trustpilot with multiple customers admitting the fake reviews which the governmant is uktra strict a out and wants to set examples of! Now i hope this messes your new year the way you messed others!

Delivery and communication was fast, the quality of the jewellery is mint, like the real deal, will definitely buy again

The two rings I bought which were the cast ring and saddle ring were perfect. Couldn’t complain with the company they let me know about everything that happened till the moment the rings came to the doorstep and helped me with everything such as delivery times so on and so fourth. Great company and great customer service. Perfect jewellers for those who don’t trust the kids with real gold yet aswell love the team.

This place is a scam, the links are not properly together meaning it will last about a week, the inside of all the links on the neckless are silver the quality is very poor its not worth wearing at all, and the other neckless I brought the clip broke when I took it out the box, I emailed them and told them but they are not interested at all, I cant stress how much this company are scammers.

I had high hopes for this company after reading reviews but unfortunately I was court out with BOGOF not that I needed the extra one but unable to return due to this ...it is cheap and crappy tat, costume jewellery is better . It's that bad I would be embarrassed to wear it in public how on earth they have such good reviews I do not know and to be out of pocket at this time of year is shameful do not buy anything from these scammers

Daughters bracelet tarnished and gone a brass looking colour within 6 months and is completely a different colour.

No gold filled at all these aint even on 925 silver, website stated bracelet was 25g however was only 12g when arrived I emailed and had no response and just literally took it back out the box to wear for her friends party and its embarrassing how it looks, gave them plenty of time to get back in touch but just mug the customers off. I have pictures for proof and now have removed google reviews due to bad reviews from people!

Au Jewellers were doing a giveaway on Instagram i when i entered i recieved a link asking to leave a review with TrustPilot for an extra entry which i done so i was announced the winner and they refuse my prize saying my account looks like a bot 🤣 most of the reviews in here are just people wanting to win something but if you win you're not guaranteed the prize just best not to waste your time or your money they're not trust worthy

I brought a “gold filled” rope chain from them on a 2 for 1 offer, I paid £134 in total including postage and packaging, the chain I received was not the same colour as advertised on their website, it was actually the exact same as the ones you can buy on Tik tok for £15-£30 and the colour was very cheap and tacky, I tried to return the items only to be told I couldn’t be refunded because it was a 2 for 1 offer so was offered to exchange for another product instead, absolute waste of money right before Christmas and very poor customer service, from now on 100% real solid gold only for me.

Won the massive pyramid ring on day 2 giveaway n chosen a 10mm 30” tulip chain which happily came around next day no delays!! Have turned it into a bracelet my self but best of the best should buy from them!!!💯👍🏼
