Defo not gold filled AVOID

Defo not gold filled, over £100 down the drain for tat. I even emailed them my issue as the creole gold earrings I got looked more silver & not response

Amazing

Iv brought a few bits now 2 xl rings the saddle and keeper they are beast and get compliments on them all the time in last few months.iv now just received the 21mm belcher and what a chain. I love it. Great quality will buy again 💯

Outstanding service from start to finish

I have had multiple purchases with Au Jewellers honestly these guys never miss! Cannot recommend enough!!

Had one issue ever which wasn’t down to them at all I payed for security but the DPD driver just left on the front porch of block of flats. Au were really understanding and helpful sorting it out for me and sending out replacements within 24hrs will always be using these guys due to the quality of the products, customer service and brilliant price tags.

I messed up an online order, dropped the facebook team a message and they fixed it straight away.

No messing, straight to the point absolutely 10/10, the way it should be

100% this is the best jewellery business going

Had an issue with the spring inside the…

Had an issue with the spring inside the clasp of my chain within 2 weeks, sent a video with proof and instantly got a new one sent and on the way with an apology. These things happen not everything can be perfect every time when it comes to these things especially something like a spring.
Definitely 10/10 customer service with how quick and efficiently it was acted on
