Home visit
Kirsten made a home visit to my elderly father. She was very good at explaining what she was going to do step by step. She spoke clearly and was very patient when my father had difficulty in understanding what was required of him. It was important that I was there to help with the communication especially as my father is profoundly deaf without hearing aids.

My experience at the Canterbury hidden hearing centre was extremely professional. Well thought through and gave me all the information I needed struggling to consider paying 4800 for hearing AIDS. Well, await to see the literature that is to be sent to me. Explaining why this is the one that is best for me well done
