Audi Upgrades Opiniones

Brilliant service from Andy at Audi Upgrades.
Thanks to Audi Upgrades my hands will be toasty in the winter with my heated steering wheel upgrade. The replacement was competitively priced, used only genuine Audi parts and was executed to perfection. It is just as if the original owner of my car had ticked the box for a heated wheel so Audi Upgrades has managed to turn back time! I recommend Audi Upgrades enthusiastically.

Andy is not just very friendly, & generous with his time, but also a consummate professional that is notable by his singularity. He has just completed an upgrade to Matrix LED Fronts & "High" Rear lights on my C8 A6 Avant, & I couldn't be happier with it.

Completed by Audi Upgrades to the absolute highest standards, using all genuine Audi parts - & calibration - I was kept across the process by Andy with regular video updates & calls, as well as concierge to & from the railway station. (I'm not local to Sussex, but you need to travel to find skill like this).

His prices are *very* reasonable, & I'm already planning further upgrades on the vehicle, Audi Upgrades are now my go-to for further work on my car. Thanks so much Andy, what a top, top guy, would give 6 stars if I could.

Contacted Audi Upgrades (Andy) to enquire if I could have Traffic sign recognition added to my Audi Avant. He checked the VIN and said this was possible and provided a competitive installation cost. Had it installed yesterday and he provided a very professional, friendly and excellent job. From his small and Impressive workshop he busily worked away whist explaining every step of the way. Once completed the tech was fully checked and out for a road test to check all was ok before leaving. His attention to detail was very impressive and a friendly & professional service was provided. Would have no hesitation at all in recommending Andy (AUDI Upgrades) for his five star service, it’s top notch!

Wow, what a great find, Andy is the perfect person to deal with.

I had contacted him before buying an S5 convertible I had my eye on which had some features missing to see if it was viable to be retro fitted (one of those he advised looking for another car with it fitted due to the expense of parts alone if it was important to me).

I bought the car anyway but having made contact and found him to be incredibly helpful, booked in for some MMI and map updates along with a dual map fix.

A very pleasant couple of hours later chatting and watching the work being carried out I could not be happier with the result.

I have NO hesitation in recommending him and I'm sure I will be using his services again.

Thanks Andy

Andy was great from start to finish, easy to deal with and had completely upgraded the virtual cockpit on my MK3 TT

Highly recommend his services

Andy was brilliant, explained what was happening and did everything to a very high standard, will use again for sure.

Spoke to Andy about advanced TPMS and memory seat upgrade on Audi Q5 on the phone we discussed amount of work and cost as I wanted to have both jobs completed on same day due to travel distance (Newcastle upon Tyne). We agreed everything including
Installation day I was kept informed every step of the way.
On day of installation I was greeted with a cup of coffee
Explaining everything that was going to happen.
His workshop although small was perfectly laid out.
I asked questions and watched his work all the time
To say Andy is a bit of a perfectionist is an understatement he removed seat harness 3 times just to get it right (look right).
You really do get 5star treatment and workmanship.
I bit the bullet and traveled 600+ miles to get work done by Andy at Audi Upgrades and I would do it again
In a heartbeat
This guy is an example of how workmanship and customer service should be.
Everything shown and road test done with a 2 year warranty as well

Andy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Came out exactly as advertised, would highly recommend if you need a feature fitted to your Audi!

Audi Upgrades fitted a two channel dashcam to my Audi S4 Avant. Andy was very responsive during the enquiry stage and fully answered my many questions. During the install he kept me well informed of what was happening at all stages (there were lots of parts coming out...), and makes a pretty good cuppa! Highly recommended.

Bought an Audi Q7 Sline that had every thing except a heated steering wheel which I really wanted. Was lucky to find an Sline heated steering wheel in amazing condition which I bought. Reached out to Andy at Audi Upgrades Ltd and another company for quote to install. Other company would not install my already purchased steering wheel and quoted an insane amount to install their own supplied wheel and parts. Andy had no issue installing mine after checking it was compatible with my car from the VIN number and quoted a very reasonable price for additional required parts and labour. Arrived bright and early and met Andy at his immaculate workshop (garage attached to his own home), there’s free WiFi, a lovely sofa, teas, coffee, biscuits, water and I even had a bacon sarnie. Andy even offered to update the car’s engine and gearbox softwares to the latest version for free. Car drives so much better due to these updates especially the gearbox. Andy’s attention to detail and professionalism is top notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for any upgrades on my car. All upgrades are registered on Audi Germany’s website so that any checks will show the car has the upgrade. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I can only add my own personal experience of using Audi Upgrades to those other 5* reviews on this site. I engaged the services of Andy to fit a proprietary tow bar to my Audi SQ5. Quite frankly his knowledge of what was required exceeded that of Audi main dealerships. He was totally reliable and professional throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone considering using him.

I contacted Andy after a google search looking for an upgrade to my Audi S5. I made an appointment for the work required and was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and expertise with Audi vehicles although not an Audi dealer. The premises are fully equipped with Audi equipment. I would recommend any upgrade requests to approach Andy, you won't be disappointed. Very impresssive!

I found Audi Upgrades online. I wanted someone reputable and professional to change my Audi badges to Black. Andy throughout was transparent and honest with his communication. The work done was meticulous and done with care which I appreciated. I would use Audi Upgrades (Andy) again for any retrofit.

Andy offers a fantastic personal service. I wanted a new steering wheel for my car and contacted Andy to ask a number of questions. After speaking to him for 10 minutes, it gave me a great comfort level and confidence in his skills. I’ve had the new steering fitted which has silver stitching and it looks stunning. I would thoroughly recommend Audi Upgrades.

The service offered by Andy was top notch. Andy took the time to explain various options and responded to all my queries in a timely manner and was never pushy but allowed me time to reflect and go ahead with various works to my Audi TTs including new grill, rear view camera, new badges all round, exhaust module etc.

On arrival, Andy explained the whole process and what he would be doing to the vehicle at each step. His garage workshop is very clean and welcoming.

I then had a day out to Brighton (bonus) after which I returned and Andy then walked me through how to use the new features and made sure everything was working as it should and that I was totally 100% happy.

Highly recommend Andy and his company as he is genuinely passionate about cars which shows in his work. Thanks Andy!

Found Andys business while searching for a way to have memory seat function installed on my SQ5.
Great communications from Andy, a pleasure to deal with. Offered a realistic time scale to order the parts and complete the work.
Dropped the car off with Andy at his well equipped garage, took the train to Brighton for lunch, Andy texted me with updates and time for collection.
On collection Andy took the time to explain everything and make sure we were happy with the results.
Pleasure to deal with and happy to recommend his services.

Had my Audi Q4 taillights retrofitted today with the full lightbar by Andy and honestly could not be happier.
From the moment I got to the shop he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going to be done. What made it even better was that he actually got me involved in the process, which meant a lot since i was also interested. It felt more personal and hands-on rather than just leaving the car and waiting.
He really knows his stuff, especially when it comes to coding. The lightbar kit was from Kufatec and since they are based in Europe, they only make it for left hand drive vehicles. I thought the only issue would be coding/programming it to work for a right hand drive setup, but it turns out the real problem was the wiring. The previous garage I went to had no idea what they were doing. They messed up the wiring completely and gave up.
Andy diagnosed everything, ruled out coding as the issue and focused on the wiring. He eventually found the fault in how the lights were meant to connect and rewired it all properly. I was honestly so impressed with how he handled it. Calm, confident and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
Communication throughout the whole process was perfect and his service was brilliant. He kept me updated, explained each step and genuinely cared about getting everything done the right way.
I had already spoken to about 4 other garages and retrofitters before this, and none of them seemed to know how to do it or just were not confident enough to take it on. Andy was the only one who showed genuine interest and got it done smoothly.
Really happy with how it all turned out. I will definitely be back to get the headlights done next if Andy is up for it (which i know he will, he loves a challenge!)

I used Andy previously to fit a genuine powered swivel towbar to my Cupra Formentor. Now that car has gone and been replaced with a Mk8.5 Golf GTI Clubsport, I had no hesitation in asking Andy to fit some genuine VW Golf R gear paddles. His workmanship and professionalism is second to none. He treats your car like its his own and is very experienced in what he does. Another 1st class experience and I'm a very happy customer. He took time to explain what was involved and answer my questions. Really happy with the outcome, a genuine VW upgrade that looks like it shipped from factory!

I was looking to activate Apple CarPlay on my TT MK3 and emailed Andy at Audi Upgrades who responded very quickly with a quote including some optional beneficial features worth considering whilst having the initial work done.

Email exchanges were swift, professional and highly detailed.

On arriving at the workshop, Andy was very welcoming and hospitable, explaining the set-up, the processes involved and ensuring I was happy with everything before commencing.

Andy’s set-up is very professional, in a clean spacious, well lit workshop and ensures his work-space enables work on the vehicle with the utmost respect for the bodywork and interior.

During the installation process we were able to discuss various aspects of the benefits etc. and also provide a walk through of the new features.

Upon completion, Andy accompanied me on a test drive to ensure everything was functioning as intended and that I was happy with the final results.

From start to finish Andy was very helpful, friendly, professional, accommodating and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Oh and he makes a great cup of tea too!

I would highly recommend Audi Upgrades to perform work on your pride & joy to enjoy it to its fullest. Fantastic customer service!

Andy's service was top notch from start to finish.

Comms and pricing were clear and concise, along with the process of how the work would be done and how long it would take.

On arrival, Andy explained the whole process and what he would be doing to the vehicle at each step. He was happy to answer any and all questions during the work.

On completion he walked me through how to use the new features and joined me on a test drive to make sure everything was working as needed - as well as providing phone support afterwards when I forgot some of what he told me!

Highly recommended company who are genuinely passionate about what they do and the level of service they provide. Have already booked in my next upgrade!
