Audi Upgrades Opiniones

I contacted Andy at Audi upgrades to activate the maps on my mk3 TT. He also installed Apple CarPlay for me.
From start to finish I found the service provided to be professional and knowledgeable.
Andy is also a nice person to deal with.
I would highly recommend him.

I wanted a retractable towbar fitted to my SQ7. I had a look on an Audi owners' forum and found that Andy at Audi Upgrades was THE place to go in the South. He provided me with a very competitive quotation for a genuine Audi SQ7 4M electrical swivel towbar and I booked my car in for the work.
On the fitting day he ran through what the job entailed and provided an estimate of how long it would take to complete the job. He also obliged in dropping me off and picking me up again from Haywards Heath station so I could spend a few hours in Brighton.
On completion he sent me photos of the towbar with the rear bumper still removed, and the new wiring in place before refitting the internal trim. He has registered the towbar with Audi Germany against the VIN of my car so it will show up as having this genuine Audi towbar to any future buyer.
Andy was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process and it doesn't surprise me one iota that he only receives 5* reviews on Trustpilot.
I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I think of anything else I would like adding to my car.

Great Service from Andy! Fitted a Heated Steering wheel and lane assist to my S4 all done in a few hours.

Top notch offering me the lane asset as the parts and work would be same weather or not I got it. Brill value to me.

Also didn't lock me down to supplied parts. Let me bring my own wheel for aesthetic and price reasons.

Would 100% consider using again if needed , just a shame the distance is a bit much!

I recently visited Andy at Audi Upgrades to resolve an issue I was having with the navigation system in my 2021 Audi A3 e-tron. From the beginning, Andy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He troubleshooted the problem and provided a comprehensive solution that restored the full functionality of my navigation system.

What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and the very methodical approach. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results before I left. I can now enjoy my A3 e-tron with no navigation issues, and the system is working as expected.

I highly recommend Audi Upgrades to anyone needing high-quality, reliable Audi retrofits. Andy's expertise and service are top-notch!

We had a new grille and black badges fitted to our SQ5, Andy completely transformed the car with a fresh new look.
We found Andy to be extremely helpful and knowledgable, first class service would definitely recommend him.

Towbar and electrics fitted to Q5 Hybrid. Andy sourced the genuine VAG parts and made a complicated job look easy. Job is so good you would not know that it was not factory fitted with all the software updated with the factory. Great friendly service and so knowledgable. Will definately use him again.

Second time that I've used Andy in order to do some work on an Audi. Recently purchased an Audi 2024 SQ5 that needed a little bit of assistance in the security department. Andy was great at advising what would be best and thus I took it to his shop.

Only took a couple of hours and then he meticulously took me through exactly how it all worked.

I had to work at the same time, so in Andy's shop you get the ability to sit down on a comfortable sofa and have a cup of coffee while I logged in and did some work.

If you've got an Audi and you need some retrofitting Andy is your man, he will advise what is the right thing to do and he's not going to sell you on things you don't need.

Your car will leave in a much better condition than it arrived..

I recently visited Andy to have memory seats installed in my newly acquired Q7. The whole process has been a pleasure with Andy clearly laying out the options, the process and then an absolutely faultless install too. He even went the extra mile fixing a few additional clips he found missing from previous works along with checking any other codes the car had. I can't recommend Andy enough to anybody thinking of having a retrofit done, it's very rare to experience this level of service these days, thanks Andy!

What can I say? Not only is Andy the best in the business at retrofitting, his company – Audi Upgrades – is the best business of any I've used in recent times. Just brilliant customer service and communication coupled with a real care for the client and his car. Andy kept me in the loop throughout the process and I ended up with Q7 that is now "modded to the max" – as my 15-year-old son puts it. Thoroughly recommended for Audi enthusiasts everywhere. Thanks Andy!

Andy is an absolute pleasure to work with. My communication with him was seamless. He was extremely transparent and professional right from my initial outreach. His work was meticulous and he kept me updated through the day. To top it off , he's incredibly friendly. Couldn't recommend him more to anyone trying to retrofit accessories in their car.

Andy is a brilliant guy, very knowledgeable, great communication talked me through the upgrades.
I had a rear view Camera and front parking sensors installed.
He's done a fantastic job all factory spec. His attention to detail is excellent.
I would highly recommend Andy

Andy was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, with a 360° camera upgrade to a 2023 Q4 etron.

Great communication during a protracted parts delivery, but also had on order from two suppliers to try to speed things up. Andy is also a man who clearly know’s his stuff and was able to answer every question I threw his way - including some curve balls.

Totally reassured how much care Andy took with the actual upgrade and having to leave the car in his safe hands while the work was done.

If you’re looking for someone who will take care of your pride and joy, who knows what they’re doing, then Andy’s your man.

I had the experience of dealing with Andy recently when he fitted an OEM towbar and a few other up
grades to my Audi Q3.
From the very first contact, it has been a joy to deal with Andy, either through emails or speaking on the phone. Nothing was too much trouble for him to explain and sort and his advice on my choices gave me great confidence I was dealing with the right guy.
The work carried out was of highest quality and full explanation of how everything functioned, including short video clips, was way beyond any dealer experience.
Cannot recommend Andy high enough.

Andy went above and beyond for me getting front parking sensors / rear camera fitted on our audi sq2. Always replied promptly to emails nothing was to much hassle. On day of fitment Andy was on point and knew his stuff very professional and made me feel welcome and updated me on process throughout

Anybody that's thinking of getting any retrofit work done wouldn't hesitate to use Andy again.

I recently visited Andy at Audi Upgrades and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Andy was incredibly friendly and professional, taking time to explain everything in detail with his in-depth knowledge of the work, his expertise is second to none, and it gave me full confidence in the upgrades to my car. Im already planning a return in the new year for more work! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a excellent service and expertise!

Been down to Andy at Audi Upgrades twice now and I can't recommend his work highly enough. Most importantly he is a really nice bloke. 1st visit was for a couple of Upgrades, just been down for a battery replacement on an SQ7 which has to be done right battery coding etc. Never have any worries about him working on the car, certainly knows his job.

Had my car in to add park assist functionality so I can parallel park in the dark! Works flawlessly just as installed from the factory. Andy is extremely knowledgable and the trip is worth a day out to just chat about cars and tech alone!

I'll be back in future for sure to get more modifications and a good chat over coffee.

I’m really glad I was able to find Andy at Audi Upgrades Ltd amongst everyone else on the internet and I was really impressed with how he operates. I have extremely high standards (which I generally hate, due to being constantly disappointed). His manner and thorough understanding of what he does put me at ease, and I am extremely satisfied with the upgrades to my car, and the way it was done. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Andy.

Andy did a great job replacing my badges on my Audi A1. Very happy and thoroughly recommend!

I'm recently returned from a couple of hours trip down to see Andy to get a towbar fitted to a '24 SQ7 - and it was well worth the effort.
An absolute gentleman and incredibly knowledgeable about all things Audi.
I stayed on site whilst my work was done and Andy was brilliant at talking me through everything he was doing, how it all worked and what was taking place, all very interesting.
I wouldn't hesitate for a moment about using Andy again and can't recommend him highly enough, be in no doubt at all that he is totally the person to go to for your Audi upgrade needs.
It is great to be able to use and support people like Andy, the likes of which are harder to come by these days! A real expert.
