I have just thrown away $85 on a pair of shoes that I have not received.. I was informed 10 days ago that my order was shipped I emailed them asking where it was and they said it was being processed.. They are liars.. they call it Aussie to fool you into thinking its local… I am a pensioner and to lose $85 is devastating.. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PROPLE IT IS A SCAM!!!

Zero star should be an option.

DO NOT buy from this company! They are a scam! Dont even deserve 1 star!!! Huge delays on orders, no order confirmation. No shipping/tracking information as being told its in transit!!

Company contains misleading information on their website in the form of an inaccurate shoe size comparison table. This resulted in me ordering the AU size I wanted, only to receive shoes that were too small as they’ve mapped them to the EU size incorrectly. This is misleading and therefore breaches Australian consumer law.

Have attempted to address this with company but customer service is unresponsive. When they do respond they ask irrelevant questions and have failed to address the issue after over a month of waiting.

I didn’t want to give one star but it was required to allow me to review.
I purchased a SILK ROLLA heated hair brush on 6/12/24. I emailed on 12/12 to ask why there wasn’t any tracking updates. I was told a delay because of Christmas demand. I received it on 23/12. It arrived without any padding and the box was squashed as wasn’t a sturdy cardboard. Looked like it was from a $2 type shop. It also wasn’t the brand it was advertised as. Overall the item did not look like the quality of an $85 hair styler- and was advertised reduced from $105.
I plugged it in to charge for the required 4 hours and it did not heat up after 6 hours. The on off button didn’t work. I’ve emailed them and await a response for return details. I have kept the package it came in so have the sender address as AUSSIE MASSAGER DOCK A3- 11 Lord street - Botany - NSW 2019.

Their products are absolute rubbish. After returning the first item I purchased which I then returned, it took weeks before I got any acknowledgement. No refund policy, so I ordered a different product. This was also a piece of s...! I do not recommend this company at all.

Received faulty massager, took 2 months to replace, and then they sent the wrong one. Far inferior to the one I had purchased, not even similar, and I am still waiting on a response when I alerted them they sent the wrong massager gun and I want my money back. No phone number to ring; appalling service. A waste of $150.Never buy from them

Took 17 days to arrive & customer service lied to me by saying they had sent my item. I confirmed with the courier company that they didn’t receive my item until 10 days after I ordered it. Avoid them!

Ordered 6th December 2024 with express shipment. Now 17th dec, no delivery and no response from business.

pretty sure this company is a scam! The product I received didn’t work (a heat pad that didn’t get hot) and differed from the images on their website.

Customer Service gave me the runaround for a week, making me send videos which they sent to their tech team, and telling me I wasn’t entitled to a refund, even though I was willing to return the faulty product at my own expense.

In the end I lodged a case with NSW Fair Trading and suddenly my deposit was processed. Save yourself the headache and buy from Amazon or a more reputable company as this store doesn’t have a legitimate returns process and even if you did return the product, it will be at your own expense.

Fake tracking number, nothing shipped, no customer service, totally ripped off.
I'm amazed people actually have received anything from this company, appears if they do it's of terrible quality anyway.

Your customer service is appalling . Your resolution skills are poor at best. You’re an Australian company and it’s embarrassing quality of your product. Your shoes you sold me are stiff and caused blisters . Cloud shoes . Far from it . More like cement shoes .I don’t want store credit . I don’t want anything else that you have for sale . I’m not wasting more money to repost 4 pairs of shoes back . I will however take time out of my day to leave as many negative results about your company until you change this outcome . You should be ashamed of your product and your conduct.

After receiving feedback advise from the store I purchased some socks which were not as good as expected. They constantly urged positive feedback until I advised that I wanted to return unopened packages. Their service became ver negative. They refused to give a refund and only offered the option of purchasing something else from the store. I didn’t want to exchange I simply wanted a refund.
They refused.
Sadly they filter reviews on their site.

Hopeless! They make you wait an eternity just to send you your purchase. Their scripted email responses are infuriating and never address the actual question you ask.

These guys buy stuff from temu and sell it 3 times the price. A bought a neck massager and it did not work. No offer of returns on faulty goods. DO NOT BUY from this website

Product is not as pictured - likely upsold Temu. Customer service would not issue a return label, so would be at cost to me to return - and they're calling it 'change of mind', which equates to store credit.

The second item I purchased took 2 weeks and a Paypal complaint before it was sent - when it arrived it WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED - a piece of plastic with a strap - and they have refused to issue a refund for this mis-advertised item.

This company has bad customer service order shoulder support strap and waited ages to be delivered and when product did arrive nothing to what I had order it was a hip and back support strap NOT HAPPY
