They have not confirmed my order by email, they have not sent any email with order number or delivery details. Phoned them three times, they say the item is in stock and the person answering the phone said they will speak to the packing team and get them to call me but they did not. They do not allow customers to speak to any responsible individual or director at all.

Refund/Exchange wanted now
I ordered & received 2 items, orthotics & cloud slippers.
They arrived 15 May but slippers were far too big to stay on my feet, the orthotics had little to no arch support. I contacted a person who said to “send them back in original packaging” which I did 2 days later & sent the tracking details through. I have contacted the company several times for either a refund or exchange & have had no replies. If I don’t hear anything soon I will be forced to contact Consumer Affairs!

Faulty product. Company refuses to help
I feel like after reading all the positive reviews I must have got a dud infared sauna blanket. The material is really thin and will leave welts if you don't put a towel down, even with long sleeve top, pants and socks. I have only used it a couple of times and the zip popped off in my hand. I wasn't being forceful just doing it up while I was in it. I'm unable to put the zip back on so tried to use it with one side not zipped up but really defeats the purpose and let's lots of heat out and doesnt work as its meant to so its completelynon-functional. I contacted the Aussie Massager Store and sent pictures and an explanation and they refuse to help. I then contacted Consumer Business Service to seek guidance and they advised that the product was faulty and since it was not a functional product and could not be used as it was intended I was intitled to a return or refund, however the Aussie Massager Store still refuses to help in anyway. I have tried to leave a review on the product so other people are aware of the fault and the quailty of the product but I was not able to, they seem to only let positive reviews on their site so you will never really know if what your purchasing is as good as you had hoped or paid for. I would not recommend you buy from this store.
