DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! These scam artists basically told me I’m not going to receive a refund for a completely faulty not working tens machine I bought to help with my MCL recovery via post op. She basically said I’m at fault for putting in simple batteries wrong which I never did. I sent a video which was requested, and nothing. I will be going to fair trading ombudsman for a refund. These guys are hacks! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!

CHEAP Temu products @ inflated prices, rather purchase at Temu and get more for your buck if you want a credit forget about it, they will give you a instore credit if you lucky, reason for 1 star is they don't have negative - stars. Bad experience never want to deal with them again.....

Bought a posture corrector for my daughter for $59.99. Found the exact same item on Temu for around $5…. Only bought from them as expected better quality for the price

Have paid for 2 items nearly 2 months ago still waiting for them they say it hasn't been paid provided proof wasn't enough for them they are useless and steal your money never use them.

DO NOT BUY! The massager worked initially, then would not charge. A replacement was sent with the same issue. I have been refused a refund after many pointless and delayed requests to take videos, swap units, cables, etc. Very poor communication and product..

The initial purchase was fine, the problem is the knee massager I purchased is now not charging properly and will not last the full 10 mins. I have contacted and contacted them for many weeks and am no further ahead. I sent emails and photos , they sent a new charger to try and the same problem is occurring. They suggest trying another new charger. Replace it or refund, simple! I bought 2 at 2 different times and both have the same problem. Do not deal with this company at all, their service is atrocious!

However they sent me 2x Silicone compression  brace. They came in one week and I'm very happy with it. They have sent replacement item. I am surprisingly happy with the service and product given all the other bad reviews.

I’m still waiting for my order that I made two weeks ago and I know they are based in Melbourne from the website. I think that they are actually based in China. I will be surprised if I get my order at all. I really wished I’d read the reviews before I purchased. Live and learn!!

Sells junk. Doesn't honour warranty as required under Australian consumer law. Do not buy from this place. Item broke after very few uses. Lasted 6 months. Refuse refund or replacement

Scam!!!! Stay away. Item will never make it to Aus post. You’ll receive a tracking number but it never makes it to Aus post.

If I could give this sham of a company a "0" I would! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. READ ALL THE REVIEWS FIRST As per other reviews I too have not got my order. I was monitoring the tracking number provided and suddenly it changed today to say my parcel had already arrived 4 days ago. NO it did not arrive. I am home every day and I have a security camera door bell and NOONE has delivered anything from this company this week!!! AUSTRALIA Post are investigating and I emailed company for a refund who suddenly now say parcel is still on its way and in the email provide a screenshot that now says parcels in transit and will arrive next week. 🤔 do I believe them. NO...scammer.... as the original email with tracking goes to the delivered post with today's update from Aust post that compliant opened. Out of pocket as afterpay will not help..so the scammers get my money too ..so angry!!!!!

This is absolutely a scam. Do not purchase anything from this fake company. They respond to your query with a copy and pasted apology, and log a fake tracking number into the system so that it looks like your item is lost in transit. How is their website still functioning!

I wish I had looked at all their reviews before I purchased anything from this ‘store’, which does not seem to exist.
I purchased one very small item weeks ago. Every time I email them asking where it is, I get the same nonsense reply. The tracking number they provided does not show that the item has even left the so-called ‘warehouse’.
They will not communicate with me to let me know what is happening. The only thing they did do promptly was take my money.
It all reflects the behaviours of an online scam.
Do not throw your money away, and give these people any money. You won’t get anything for it, and they won’t respond to your questions.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before! The products arrived fairly quickly but they were all poor quality and not fit for the purpose as advertised. The Livemor Foot and Leg Massager was too big and heavy to use. The EMS Foot Massager Pad gave painful electric shocks to my feet. The Cloud Slippers are uncomfortable. I was told returns were accepted only within 7 days but based on these reviews I'm not confident I'll ever see a refund.

Someone sent me the headphone eye mask as a gift. There are no instructions on how to charge the product. The instructions supplied are written in poor English. It retails on ebay for $12.75 and this company is selling it for $47.90. The product is not fit for purpose - there is no access point to connect it to the charger cable. I do not rate this product or the company.

It has been a month since I placed my order. Their website promises maximum 12 working days from payment. Although their website states they are Australian stockists, I suspect the products these guys sell are not stocked in Australia. They make use of blaming Australia Post delayed tracking updates and slow delivery to explain delays, while they wait for their product to be shipped from overseas. Clever business idea as they don't have any cash layout to keep inventory, but unethical to mislead the buyer with false promises on delivery times and stock holding. A further clever part of their strategy is that the value of their product is not large enough for anyone to take legal action. So, the only consequence they suffer is some poor reviews on the internet (which they will obviously not publish on their website, even though I have provided my feedback).

I have requested a refund, but all they kept saying is that my product has been sent (AU post say they have provided the shipping information, but not handed over the parcel). Cool loophole to exploit - provide AU Post with the shipping details of a parcel you don't have ready yet and then blame them for the delay, until you can hand the parcel over when you have received the product for overseas.

I guess I’m another silly fool that neglected to read the web reviews.

This company is beyond Bad. I purchased 2 products. A neck corrector and back brace.They came used and dirty but to get my promised refund I had to pay 13 dollars to get it back to them in 7 days. They eventually after much hassle refunded me one product back then made sure I had no recourse to complain. There is zero communication and product review does not help because they wont allow me to complain about this company. This company needs to be reported to everybody that it can be. Please do more than just accept what they do…make a genuine effort to have some fair trading or the like look into them. I dont know what country they are from but this should not be allowed to happen in Australia. Do not let them get away with this any more.

This store is not what it seems. My pillow took four weeks to come and unhelpful response when I followed up before that. I think they may not hold stock and perhaps ordering products from China as people order from them and that's why it takes so long. Not very Aussie at all. And the pillow itself was poor quality. Very soft and not supportive. Could have bought better at BigW! I'm sure there's no point in trying to return it! On looking up reviews AFTER product was so slow to arrive, I find many people have had an awful experience.

Oh my… what a diabolical experience. Nonexistent customer service. It’s been more than 14days since placing my order. 4 emails asking about the status of my order & not one single response.

The Aust Post tracking number that was “pending” for 7 working days has now been “ready for processing” for 3. For a store that claims to send from the nearest distribution centre (which for me is 2 hours drive away) they sure do take their time.

Have learnt a lesson. Never make purchase from unfamiliar online store without looking up reviews first.

Don’t touch this place with a ten foot barge pole.
