At what was a very difficult time, the help and support provided from the Welwyn village office was extremley professional and comforting. Kelly Hedges was most attentive and professional throughout as was Lee Mason on the day of the funeral.

They guided us through each step with patience and clarity, making a challenging process feel manageable and dignified. Their kindness and genuine care for our family never felt rushed or impersonal.

I felt supported from the time my husband died until after the funeral. As soon as the doctor had been to confirm his death they came to collect his body. They were so respectful and kind.
