From start to finish Austin’s provided an impeccable service, nothing was too much trouble, the kindness and professionalism shown to us in our difficult journey saying goodbye was wonderful.

Everyone at Austin’s from the start of the process were very respectful and professional, I have written letter of praise and appreciation to the company.

Austin’s were very helpful throughout the whole experience. They were there from the start. Helped make the process less stressful, nothing was too much trouble. The service itself was really smooth, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The pallbearers were very sympathetic and continually made sure we were alright. Cannot recommend them more highly.

They guided us through each step with patience and clarity, making a challenging process feel manageable and dignified. Their kindness and genuine care for our family never felt rushed or impersonal.

The service was handled beautifully by Sandra Hart (who we highly recommend as a celebrant - so kind and compassionate), Lee and the rest of the staff at Harwood Hill Crematorium.

From the very first contact on a very sad day, Sharon could not have been more kind or helpful. The whole process for my husband’s funeral was made so meaningful and easy with all the guidance given from the very first visit to my home to the day itself when Simon and his team gave us so much support. I felt supported from the time my husband died until after the funeral. As soon as the doctor had been to confirm his death they came to collect his body. They were so respectful and kind. Every member of staff we came into contact with either in the office, at the chapel of rest and on the day of the funeral were professional, respectful and courteous at all times. Janine was our funeral planner and she was so helpful and achieved the right combination of being friendly yet professional at all times. We appreciated her help and input very much. Loosing my partner of 43 years was the hardest experience, but June at the Welwyn Garden City office provided a level of support, compassion and professionalism that made the entire process manageable and deeply respectful.
