Customer service rude and unhelpful (Teddy - would not provide last name), cancelled my policy and charged me for the pleasure.
Cannot stress how poor this Company is and would avoid at all cost.
If I could give a zero star I would!

Louise McGregor was incredibly nice on the phone and took her time with me! I am very good with cars, insurance and numbers. But I needed basic clarification on a certain topic and she cleared it all up for me. Incredibly polite on the phone, she was funny and relatable!

Inaccurate black box data, multiple phonically threatening to cancel my policy. Despite explaining that the speed limits their black box thinks apply are incorrect, my policy was cancelled after 6 months.

Do not reccomend. Had so many issues with the black box and constant threats of cancellation due to no fault of my own. The box clearly is not fit for purpose as I have been sent multiple to reinstall and had the same issues each time. Never had so much contact with an insurance company at all. The messages are constant at least monthly. Will be cancelling at the end of my policy.

More threats to cancel my policy from them and its getting ridiculous. Because of the Theo Black box not working due to no fault of my own, they have issued my account with a termination notice. I followed the installation instructions. I have done everything that was requested of me, recharged the black box, reinstalled it and have been issued with several new ones, all of which have been installed.
When called they ask you to confirm your DOB, Home address ETC despite the fact they called you and as a consumer you are unable to confirm who they are on the phone.
All of this because the Black Box Provider, Theo, has not communicated my discussion with them to them leading to them issuing a 7 day cancellation notice.... It is honestly a joke and I am never using them again.
Thank god my policy is up for renewal at the end of Next Month, because I will not be renewing it with them.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. False claims of excessive speeding on 2 occasions and cancelled policy after 6 months of 5 star rated driving on the app. When reviewed the 2 claims, found out the alleged 30mph zone was in fact both 60mph zones and I was doing 56mph and 57mph. Sent them videos, photos, marked up maps the 60mph zones, but still cancelled the policy and cant talk to anyone about it. Struggling to get cover now because of the cancellation

I have had no end of issues with the black box (Theo) I have been quite worried as I’ve had emails saying if I don’t get my box working (which is broken not my fault) my policy would be cancelled. Called multiples times this week to sort it, other staff weren’t very helpful. HOWEVER today I got through to Cheryl who sympathised with my concerns and worries (a huge component to providing customer care) she finally got it sorted for me and had the black box company to send me a new box and took the cancellation notice off my account so no more worries about that! Thanks Cheryl it can be so frustrating when you feel people are working against you rather than with you, and you sorted me out! So although this situation has been very stressful, big up Cheryl because you provided great customer care and even texted me afterwards to ensure I did not worry anymore.
