Great Experince!!
My wife and I found the whole experience absolutely great! We had been to another large chain dealership that morning ready to buy but walked away from the deal, not because of the car but how we were treated by the salesperson. We called at Available Car on the way home, not having looked at the stock, the whole experience was everything we hoped for, we found a car, test drove it, no pushy selling, Eve was great to speak with, very informative as was Paul, who took us through the details of the purchase, a very big thanks to them both, that was Sunday, I turned up to pick the car up today, early, the hand over was great and the car was presented beautifully.

Up to the handover of the new car
Up to the handover of the new car, everything was great. Our main contact, Dan was freindly and great at explaining everything and taking us on a test drive. On the final handover, we were left for over an hour waiting with no contact from anyone. That left us with a bad feeling about our whole experience

Hundreds of cars to choose from.Allowed to browse on our own with no pushy sales person.We dealt with Damian who was not in the least bit pushy and accepted we weren’t interested in any of the “extras” .Handover was seamless and was conducted by Pippa.All in all a really good experience

Available car - castle donnington. Went today, 25 mins with a purple cone just to get a test drive. Liked the car was then given a yellow cone. After another 30 minutes we rearlised they had our keys from valuing our car. So we couldnt leave. I asked at the desk if we could have our keys back and they flatley refused to return our car keys. We did eventually get our keys back and left. Not good.

I would like to apologise for any delays that occurred during your visit, but having spoken with our team, I have to disagree that our team refused to return your keys.
During your visit to us, you requested a part exchange valuation. As part of this process, we need our team to look around the vehicle and start the car to ensure there are no unusual noises. This process was underway when you requested your keys. Our team explained that someone would be with you soon to return the keys and to provide you with the part exchange valuation.
AvailableCar would never refuse anyone their keys back.

Disappointing handover team
Sales was fine, but the handover team were very disappointing.
Sat for 90mins to then be told it’s past 7pm so you will have to come back tomorrow as everyone has now gone home. Not impressed.

Friendly Staff but QC would be nice on cleaning the vehicles
Test drove and purchased my new car last week from the Castle Donnington Branch, Staff are friendly but my wife & I did end up coming home last Friday with a nasty cold as one of the managers we spoke to kindly passed on her Lurgy.
The Car we selected is lovely and we ended up purchasing the Custom Carpets (although they won't arrive for weeks - this was not made clear at the time, otherwise i would have taken the mats out of my old car to use in the interim to protect the carpets).
We collected the car the following Wednesday, the repair shop fixed all the scuffed alloys very nicely and the car looked great on the outside.
However... in the sunlight the next day, the inside of the car was a little disappointing, the inside of the windscreen was dusty and not cleaned, several of the storage compartments had clearly not been cleaned either.. and there was quite a lot of dust on the rear plastic trims in the boot, plus some smear marks on the dashboard.
considering we had just forked out £600 for the diamond bright protection, i was expecting a little more professionalism with the Valet.
other than that the experience was fairly good.
