A very organised sale process and god delivery and most importantly a nice car just as described

Test drove and purchased my new car last week from the Castle Donnington Branch, Staff are friendly but my wife & I did end up coming home last Friday with a nasty cold as one of the managers we spoke to kindly passed on her Lurgy.
The Car we selected is lovely and we ended up purchasing the Custom Carpets (although they won't arrive for weeks - this was not made clear at the time, otherwise i would have taken the mats out of my old car to use in the interim to protect the carpets).
We collected the car the following Wednesday, the repair shop fixed all the scuffed alloys very nicely and the car looked great on the outside.
However... in the sunlight the next day, the inside of the car was a little disappointing, the inside of the windscreen was dusty and not cleaned, several of the storage compartments had clearly not been cleaned either.. and there was quite a lot of dust on the rear plastic trims in the boot, plus some smear marks on the dashboard.
considering we had just forked out £600 for the diamond bright protection, i was expecting a little more professionalism with the Valet.
other than that the experience was fairly good.

Buying from Available Car (Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire) was a very straightforward process and they gave me a decent trade-in price for my car. I did notice a small dent near the drivers side which they initially said 'this is what to expect on a used cars'. It was only when I was asked for a review did I mention it again and I was able to take the car back for their body shop to fix.
The test drive was great but on purchasing the vehicle and driving it away, I would have liked some help with all the gadgets it came with. I discovered this info by googling videos posted by other dealers.
Lastly, I was a bit disappointed that there is no recovery included in the 3 month warranty.

Really good selection of cars at Sutton and a very pleasant and straightforward test drive and sales process. Never pushy, felt transparent throughout and everyone was really friendly and approachable. A far cry from my experiences elsewhere. A special mention to Will, a genuinely lovely lad who looked after us through the whole process. Based on my experience I’d definitely recommend this team and branch to others. Thanks ☺️

Good range of cars on display, found 1 I liked lower than average mileage ready in 4 days. No sales push for extras , helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Underwhelming. For a big purchase it felt like they were not interested in us. Viewed a car and didn't decide on day but called back to confirm we would buy and a call back day was arranged and went without a call. We rang halfway through the day and were disregarded with an email with the promise of a call shortly after. On day of handover had to wait as my car was Valued at 10.30 and a handover for our new car should have been at 12 o clock. Sadly late again and what set out as an enjoyable day was a trudge through mud. Fingers crossed the car will be the one good thing from the day.

Fantastic service and value.

We visited both Castle Donington & Sutton in Ashfield, compared to another car supermarket in the West Midlands, the cars on offer, the price, the customer service it was night and day and in the end an easy decision once we had narrowed down our own list of possibly cars.
The staff allow you to look at the cars at your leisure , they are there if you have any questions - no heavy sales used. A test drive was arranged within 30 mins.
All in all I’m very happy with our purchase.

We had a terrible experience with another trade centre and went to available car.

From the minute we arrived it was pressure free. Special mention to Stuart’s at castle Donington who patiently let me test multiple cars and went above and beyond. We found the perfect car for us. The handover was smooth and professional.
I won’t go anywhere else in the future
