From the minute we arrived it was pressure free. Special mention to Stuart’s at castle Donington who patiently let me test multiple cars and went above and beyond. We found the perfect car for us. The handover was smooth and professional.
I won’t go anywhere else in the future

So long that there is no issues with my car then will be more then happy 5 years to do the same again also with just got her car from same place so been busy 3 week travelling up and down the M1

It was a pleasure to deal with Gareth Child at Available Car. He was very detailed with the description, given that I test drove nor seen the vehicle, except of the photos on their website. The customer experience received was far better than another car dealer I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with, where communication did not exist. All the relevant paper work followed as advised. The vehicle was then delivered as arranged, and it has been 'so far so good'.

not noticed for a few days but interior roof and visors and window pillars marked and grubby. interior roof looked like spilt coffee? which an unsuccessful attempt had been made to wipe off. seemed obvious that car had not been properly prepared for handover. after 20 years of buying cars from available car with no complaint a disappointing experience. Full marks to available car. They have just called with an apology and an offer to give the car s full valet. I need to mention that the more important parts of the car eg the engine are very good.

Initial Waiting time when I viewed cars, multiple issue with the cars onsite. Oncs I purchased the cars I was given a specific collection time, when we arrived we were left in the waiting area for over 40min before initial contact. What’s the point in having a set collection time?
In addition to this there was a lot of issue with the paperwork which again lengthened the collection time. Overall a poor experience - when spending a lot of money on my car.

Very simple process, no issues with either the part exchange or buying the new car. All the staff we dealt with were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market to replace your car.

We had a car off them 6years ago and was so happy and satisfied how they helped. We was ready to part exchanged and wanted something different. My husband saw a car on Available Car website the receptionists and all staff were lovely, They were very patient and listened to what we wanted. We had a test drive and loved it, we part exchanged ours and brought the one we liked. All went smoothly, we picked the car up it was spot on, nice and clean in and out. They did what they said they were doing. I would recommend as they have a good choice of cars to look at, not pushy let you look at your leisure and staff are there to help when you want it.

I purchased a car yesterday. Sales team has done an excellent job and the car is a good value with all necessary checks. However, dealing on part exchange was not satisfactory with poor management. After all the purchase contracts were signed, available car tried to reduce the part exchange value by £500 on a very weak evidence. This was done on the Friday later afternoon with the delivery on Sunday. Counter evidence was provided immediately by me which was substantial. But now everyone in the admin is on weekend leave. Luckily I saved the deal by selling the car elsewhere. So very poor dealing by admin team. Hand over was excellent though!

I brought a 23 plate Volkswagen Tiguan (paid cash not finance!) from there on the 16th of September. The staff were meant to clean the car before pick up and I’m presuming this never happened as it was absolutely filthy! The staff didn’t seem to care even after seeing the state the vehicle was left in. Rich from the green team stated that’s how they are all prepared. The worst thing is on looking at the vehicle prior of purchase, there was a scuff on the front bumper which they stated would be professionally completed. On collection, it appeared to have not been completed at all. To top it off, they did a smart repair on the alloy (which was noted by myself on inspection before purchase) and when I got the vehicle home, it is covered in over spray and a completely different colour. The alloy looks appalling and now I will be paying reliable staff to complete this body work to an acceptable standard. I also sent an email on the 17th of September and still have received no response. I also took out RAC warranty with the vehicle which was supposedly completed on purchase, but have since received a letter saying this wasn’t completed properly. If any employees from Castle Donnington are reading this, I would appreciate a response to my enquiries that I have sent that have clearly been ignored. Available Cars website states ‘we’re here to help you drive away with confidence’ but I have no confidence in your customer service or your ability to complete basic body work on a car which cost over £20,000. The fact your employees work on commissions and will receive payment from this poor sale and quality of body work touch ups is completely beyond me. Will absolutely not buy a car from this company again.

I came to available car stressed and overwhelmed with the issues with my current car and fell in love with this Corsa - Danielle was absolutely fantastic and cant sing her praises enough! She is a credit to the team! She was so confident with every question asked and was so lovely.

We visited the Castle Donnington store late afternoon to have a browse with the view to purchase, the choice of cars is absolutely outstanding and well worth the visit.
As it was late in the afternoon we didn't think we would be able to test drive and view our options however the staff were more than accommodating even staying late for us to do this, Alexandra was polite, professional running through everything with a fine tooth comb making sure we understood everything also had a laugh with us and made us feel at ease with the whole process, an absolute asset to the company Thank you.

Arranged a test drive day before over phone only to get there at 11 am to be told to sit and wait as all sales advisors busy. Sat 50 mins and told them I’d come back at 3pm as they’re busy and I had other cars to look at.
5 minutes down the road got a call. “Sorry cars been sold at 10 am!!!”So all time I’m sat there they knew it had been sold!
Even had cheek if there were any other cars I’d like to look at. Bloody bare faced cheek.

All in all visited this site (Sutton in Ashfield) a couple of times and cars are poorly prepped. Went in one and had a full mc Donald’s meal rotting away.
I’d call this place avoidablecar.com.
All friendly ads is all a show and it’s anything but a friendly hassle free way of buying a car like they try to portray.
In all honesty I’m glad I had a bad experience before I bought a car and not after. consider it a bullet dodged.
My advice don’t go anywhere near the place.

Available Car's receptionist and assistant, Chloe, during the test drive was an absolute treasure and asset to her company. She was welcoming and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was test driving without being "pushy" in a way that male car salesmen frequently are.
The company kept in touch with me and even took on the task of taxing the vehicle for me on line (I paid).
