I bought a pair of the Kylie Raised…
I bought a pair of the Kylie Raised Sole stretch sandals believing that they had arch support. They were uncomfortable for my feet so I emailed Avery Lane to find out where to return them. After an initial email, they then stopped responding and I found a return address on their site in London so sent the sandals back and sent a photo of the receipt. They then responded by saying that they should have been returned to AMERICA and that I should have filled in a form - none of this had been explained to me.
They are now refusing to give me a refund. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this company.

Tried to bribe me to leave a favourable review
They offered me 50% off my purchase to leave a favourable review before the item even arrived. They didn't give me the 50%. Not optimistic about the quality of the item now.

Scam
Easy ordering, placed my order expecting a uk shop but have found out now the shop doesn't exist and from other reviews it looks it is from China, i was expecting express uk delivery, so no use to me if it is taking weeks to arrive, I am going to contact my card provider. i have edited my review as i tried to cancel this order straight away when realised it was coming from china, 2 days later i got a reply offering a discount which i refused and they said i could have a full refund which i agreed to , however they stopped replying to my emails after that and started sending me shipping updates for 3 days so now they have sent them god knows when they will arrive , i will be going through my card provider when i receive them to get my money back as i do not want the dresses and can see returning them will be a issue . total scam
